I haven't heard it yet--greyed out on Spotify and not on YouTube yet.

It's up on Spotify and working for Australia. It's also up on youtube.
I can make it another hour and fifty minutes.
I don’t know what I think of that.
Tor browser bypasses the country requirement. !!! Listening now.

It was weird on first listen but it’s a lot groovier than I initially felt. I dig it. A lot of Puscifer songs feel better in context. So we’ll see how this works out or if this is a one-off.

i don't understand the insistence on goofy, unfunny art & videos for ostensibly "serious" songs like this one? Maynard is an immense vocal talent & has been a great songwriter, but my god he is just the complete opposite of funny outside of the occasional good off the cuff line when on stage. The Puscifer attempts at humor continue to just try way, way too hard.
I liked it. Man Overboard vibes.
I enjoy the song.
Hate the video. But that's nothing new. I usually can't stand most of Puscifer's visual art.
I hope the 2021 tour doesn't put the 2020 TOOL tour that was supposed to happen this year on the backburner in favor of going on the road with Puscifer instead.
For all we know, a Puscifer 'world tour' can easily mean just a tour over summer festivals, like they already did before. And Maynard can easily do a double duty there with Tool and P (like he also did before with APC and P).
Because being 100% super serious about everything is fucking depressing. How many people did we see literally fighting over toilet paper? And how many memes and jokes did people make about it online? Without taking the piss out of something to lighten the mood all we're left with is just the realization that human civilization isn't really living up to what it could be.
With all the shit with the current state of things, and the politics in and around it, Maynard putting out a thought provoking song, and, then doing a silly dance in a wig, brought a smile to my face. Balancing out the seriousness with some silliness, is preferable. To me, at least.

edit: appears to be an appearance on the "New Music Daily with Zane Lowe" podcast. No idea what that is (not much of a podcast person). But guessing it'll be the new song and an interview with Maynard based on the one minute clip they shared on Facebook.
New album in the fall. Tour 2021
Loved the video and song. That was great.
I'm hoping they are the opener for Tool
Cool song. I never cared for their humour, as the music was always great, but I did enjoy the video. "World Tour 2021"? What about Tool? I gotta be frank... I love Puscifer, but it's really weird going from Fear Inoculum to this.
First listen I was unsure but in the third listen I absolutely love it. So good.
Also it’s a fun, campy video for it.
Can’t wait!!
I hope this grows on me, because i did not like it; but same thing happened to me with "Money Shot"...
Oof. No on that for so many reasons.
For one, the best in the business can't sing that well for that long. Second, Puscifer just doesn't translate to arenas - seeing them in a theater is much more satisfying. And third...you really think that the majority of Tool fans would be okay with this? Guarantee you there would be people trying to boo them off the stage en masse and screaming at Maynard to "shut the fuck up and play Stinkfist".
Now...Failure opening for Tool next time around...holy crap, that would be great.
