I used to eat high sugar cereals like "Froot Loops","Count Chocula" or "Corn Pops", but both my medic and my age agree that i need "healtier" stuff like "Special K" (Vanilla Almond) or something with fiber.

Even the healtier stuff has sugar anyway, but i got accustomed to the flavor and i like the fact they have nuts and almonds.
granola cereal is your friend. has good​ fats, lots of fiber, and tastes delicious! also great to add to yogurt or even just eat dry as a snack
