The thing is, you will never be able to create a SOCIAL media platform without all the cancer it inherently brings. You can have Facebook 2, Twitter 2 and Youtube 2, but you know well, that we will have Logan Paul 2's, Facebook 2 scams and breaches in personal data security, etc. We will never have some utopystic thing where quality and honest content can thrive, while popularist shit will rot. It's up to the parents to educate their young that it is not a steady living, and even if they think they are on the top right now, it is very unlikely it will last.
Also, are we sure there will be 2s from these sites? Keep in mind, stuff like Myspace and Friendster were like the IBM in the operation system race. Microsoft and Apple still rule the market, and it's hard to imagine that a new contender would ever risk their status among casual users. Same could be applied to Youtube or Facebook as well. Google+ failed, Youtube got Google money and power behind them, Twitch got Amazon, while Twitter is your president's favorite free time activity. A better idea alone seems way too little to bring these monsters down. Just imagine what Google money could do against you if you were to compete with Youtube; Youtube threw Pewdie into the dumpster the first moment when he became riskier to advertise as the face of the company and replaced him with the Paul brothers. So yeah, I'd be afraid to just be the friend of these corporations, let alone their enemy.
And you can't really catch them higher up. Twitch recently changed their rules into rubber ones, so they can literally do whatever they want with you. Basically they made rules which are violated by 99.9% of every streamer, so they can just weed out whoever they want on the basis of that alone.
