Did you get one of the first two editions put out by Arbor, or the Software reissue? Would be interested to see scans of the vinyl itself either way, if possible.

OOOPS just spent $185 on four Dead Can Dance reissues on discogs (spleen & ideal, within the realm of a dying sun, the serpent's egg, aion). all from the same seller, including $5 flat rate shipping. so once i get these, all i'll need is their first album. this person had it but it's the version that also comes with the garden of arcane delights EP in the same package, and it was $38. i'd much rather get the standalone version of the album since i recently got the EP on its own.

Tesseract's One? It was in the Century Media online store. I only found out about it by chance, I think Tesseract or Century Media tweeted about last few copies on clear vinyl being available.

it's funny. i never loved spiritchaser, but it was the one 4AD DCD record i didn't own already. it was advertised on instagram at a nearby record store, and yet still i passed. today i took a stroll over there and figured if it was still there, i'd bite the bullet. alas, the 4ad run is complete (i don't care about or like anastasis).

    other recent acquisitions:
siouxsie & the banshees- the rapture (not a favorite, but growing on me)
brian eno- taking tiger mountain (by strategy)- replacement copy
    in the nursery- sonority
    bunny & the lakers- numbers
    colin newman- a-z
revolving paint dream- off to heaven
the cure- wild mood swings (see above re: siouxsie & dead can dance)
    abecedarians- resin
david bowie- black tie white noise
    breathless- two days from eden
    tone set- calibrate

    & some house of love
7''s ("shine on" and "never" respectively).

i'm also purging over 200 records. still at maximum capacity.

i LOVE both spiritchaser & anastasis. what's your gripe with them? i feel like spiritchaser was the perfect finale to their initial run as a band, and anastasis was a refreshing new chapter that i never expected to be able to hear.

how's that colin newman record? i love early and late wire (haven't listened to much of the middle period stuff).

by "purging" do you mean selling? do you have a list?

    newest arrivals:
placebo - s/t remaster on 180g black vinyl
nick cave & the bad seeds - the good son & nocturama (both remasters but the EU versions which i don’t believe are 180g. the US version of the good son kept getting pushed back until amazon flat-out canceled my order, and there’s no US release for the nocturama remaster. managed to get both from a third party amazon seller for $48 with shipping.)

The first Placebo album is quite good [though I always felt there wasn't much variance in the sound and style throughout the record], but I thought Without You I'm Nothing was a brilliant album.
