Good coworkers. My coworkers and I spend the day trying to crack each other up between calls. It is the only thing that helps make this job almost tolerable.

Visiting the Philippines. I think my opinion of traveling has dramatically changed over the past 10 to 15 years and I seem to be a lot more used to the heat this time around. And well, the food trips have been rather enjoyable so far.
The overall politeness, hospitality, generosity and general displays of common courtesy have also made me feel very much welcome and at peace.
Oh yes, and the fact that this is my first ETS post outside of the USA, ever.
