Just pre-ordered this via iTunes (Canada)...

and if you haven't watched "Rhymes For Young Ghouls", you should do that too.

I wonder if this explains why there hasn't been any info on future LEGO movies.

    Oh phew.
    Future[edit]

In December 2019, Universal Pictures entered early negotiations to distribute upcoming feature film properties based on the Lego toys. Although the original Lego Movie characters are still owned by Warner Bros. Pictures, Universal Pictures will serve as distributor of future release and will develop additional Lego films. The future of the already in-development movies, is believed to remain the same.[38]

    This looks formulaic, and bad.

My friends & I went to see a great night of stand-up Judd Apatow put together last summer on SI while filming this. He got a bunch of the comics from the movie to do a firefighters benefit show at the St. George Theater on SI on an off-day. Bill Burr, Pete Davidson, Judd Apatow, Lynn Koplitz & some others. Everyone was great (especially Burr, who unsurprisingly & casually just leveled the place), except Davidson. He had some good material but most of his set was meandering & went too long. Regardless, that night (and the fact I'm from SI & they filmed it there) got me excited for this. After this trailer though...not anymore. Way too cliche looking, the music cues were cringey, and Davidson seems miscast here even though it's based on his life. Apatow looks like he put too much of his Hollywood feel good sheen on this. I'm still going to see it bc I kinda have to, but I'm not looking forward to it.

And I'm not a Davidson hater, even though it's really easy to be. I just watched Big Time Adolescence tonight & he was great in that. Good film too, i recommend. He just has to be used correctly I guess.

Just watched Big Time Adolescence. Liked it. Overall a good movie with a lot of sad undertones. Wasn’t as funny as I was imagining it would be but I was okay with it. Glad I watched it. Not a big Pete Davidson fan but he plays the POS card so well haha.

...don't know if this fits here, but i recently revisited the Freddy vs jason soundtrack from 2003. re-created a new hi-res cover art and added seven additional songs not originally on the OST that overall capture the mood of the film and other tracks. If interested in more, hit me up!

    Paranormal Activity 7 is happening.

I know people are sick of found footage, but I fucking LOVE it, when it's done right.

"Known for tackling social issues including teen obesity, workers’ rights "

^^^ lol wut huh??? Was I oblivious to this as a teenager, or was that poking fun at our modern PC world?

Was waiting for that to make its way here haha. Reason it's trending again on social media is that Mitchell Leib from Disney mentioned it again...nothing further since about two years ago, Leto/Daft Punk/Kosinski all mentioned last time. Still 'in development'....so who knows haha.

Peter's almost always bang on with his Disney scoops. The project he mentions was a scrapped Disney+ show from a few months back...
