Just give her, like 6 months. Medium security prison. It's the only way she's gonna fuckin' learn.

Then, as Lohan looked on uncomfortably, Heller brought up the fact that he was from New York and that he had heard the judge too was a New York native and had worked as a detective. “It is a great honor to appear before you,” Heller began – to which she cut him off. “Flattery doesn’t get you anywhere,” Sautner replied.
I think I know who her new lawyer is.

Lindsay Lohan's new lawyer is hilarious. Did you see his rabbit's foot on his briefcase?

Dazed and Confused star Jason London arrested after bar brawl.

The years have not been kind:

KEY DETAIL: "While seated in the back of the patrol car on the way to jail, one of the officers saw London "lean to the left and defecate in his pants" after the actor complained about the odor in the vehicle, the police report said."

DEFENSIVE POOPING! And what a set up! "Does it stink in here?" *leans, poops pants*

He probably started screaming "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!" and was upset when the answer was "Yes."

Yeah, he's looking distinctly "Nolte-esque" in that shot...

Wait, I thought his brother was the fuck-up and Jason was the normal one. Jeremy had that thing a while back where he claimed some people kidnapped him and forced him to do drugs at gunpoint, haha!

Olympic and Paralympic track star Oscar Pistorius 'shoots girlfriend dead'

Apparently she went to his house early to surprise him for Valentine's Day, but he claims he mistook her for a burglar. So sad and shocking.

I really hope that is not true since I hold him in high regards. That story has true personal-nightmare potential.

Yeah sounds awful. The whole story of him confusing her for a burglar apparently didn't come from the police, and screaming/yelling of 'a domestic nature' is the word from them...oh dear.

The "accident' theory has been ruled out. He has been charged with the murder of his wife.

I know it's awful, but my friend at work....

Me: 'Did you hear? That South African runner Pistorius, you know that amputee that runs on those blades...he murdered his wife this morning!'
    Him: 'With the blades?'
    *blank stare*

She was not his wife she was his girlfriend, they had been going out for a few months. Her last tweets were so happy - tragic.

I find it a bit weird that the police statement mentioned to the press they had been called out to the house before for domestic incidents, almost leading people to put two and two together without evidence and facts.

So sad, he was brilliant at London 2012 last year.

I'm really losing faith in humanity if that is true. I was so awestruck watching him at the Olympics and some documentaries about him. A truly motivating and influental spirit and now this? Makes me sick.

Not looking good. Prosecuters are going for premeditated murder which carries mandatory life sentence. Says he shot her through a door??

    Still shocked over this

Sounds like the guy was pretty damn paranoid. Had a 9mm by his bed, an assault rifle on the wall and a cricket bat all in his bedroom. I'm not saying I think he didn't strait up murder her, but I could see him shooting first and asking questions later if he heard someone in his house at 3am that he didn't think was supposed to be there. He lived in a gated community where you had to stop and talk to security guards on your way in and out and he still didn't feel safe.

Yeah I know that's why he had all that stuff. Just saying being that on edge about it wouldn't help making a good decision at 3 in the morning.

Evidently, sports stars are big targets, perhaps the root of his paranoia.

However, this might be a domestic violence case.

    Edward Furlong back in jail...again.

Man, what a fucking idiot. Him and Nick Stahl can team up for some buddy comedy, but the plot twist is they're both really idiots. Hear me, Hollywood? I'm givin' you GOLD.

Hey, that would be a pretty good movie. Two idiots who can't get their shit together team up for a robbery but as usual, they can't get anything right by themselves or together.

So glad Jennifer Lawrence won the Oscar for Best Actress. Well done. Her reaction when Jack Nicholson interrupted her interview was priceless. She looks like a really down to earth person.

On the other hand, not sure how I feel about Argo winning Best Picture.
