Danny is drumming with Pigface tonight and tomorrow in Minneapolis / Chicago, respectively. Holy fuck, I wish I was in one of those cities right now.
Damn I thought about the Minneapolis show too.
Sorry if this is not the best place to put it, but i listed 2 Tool cds on ebay:
"prison sex" promo 2-track single
https://www.ebay.com/itm/163967828303
and
"aenima" euro version (the one with gallery of fictional album covers)
https://www.ebay.com/itm/163967834050
would do a deal outside ebay (if there are no bidders of course)
p.s.
yes, "fear inoculum" pirate cd is included free of charge, crazy, right?
If anyone has one spare ticket to the Atlanta show, just let me know. Looks like I’m probably able to schedule it around a work visit.
And all the IHG hotels are sold out for that night. -_-
Win a Puscifer signed poster and wine!

Lol. Comedians on tour, setting their schedule to follow Tool. https://www.facebook.com/teamcoco/po...72862649439266 (sorry could only find a FB link to the Conan O'Brien vid!). There was also a link in AlternativeNation but out of principle I can't link that here. The comedians' website: https://www.nottoolband.com/.
The Adi Granov poster from the Brooklyn show that never actually made it to the show for whatever reason. Had to order online and compete with scalpers but thankfully I got one. Such a badass poster

In some article from this past year, Danny said he would have liked an album that was one song. Could you imagine and 86 minute Invincible! I would love that so much. I bet it would feel weird physically -- that song really gets to me. Merry Christmas everyone!

Apologies...but I have to see if I am the “Lone Ranger” on this one.
Sitting on my deck, listening to Descending, it starts pouring rain right at “muster ever fiber” and I fucking burst into tears. Am I going fucking mad?
hahaha. Ignore me, if so. A nice bourbon into this afternoon after a long week. Don’t drink, listen and post is a thing right?
I love the beauty in Invincible in the building patterns. There’s a lovely repetition that spirals upward. Like revisiting the same things but picking up something new along the way each time.

Quick rant:
Every year, the radio station here holds a countdown where listeners vote on their favorite songs of the year. Fear Inoculum came in second. To THIS fucking song.
Musical tastes are subjective, I know. But...the fuck?
I had a great time seeing the band tonight. Glad to hear Descending for the first time and loved Danny’s drum solo tribute to Neil Peart.

Yeah that really sucks about Neil. Though he had some amazing success in life, he also delt with a lot of personal tragedy. I hate he went out the way he did. At any rate, one of the best drummers of all time and certainly among top 3 to influence Danny:
Edit: Found a better quality video.

How much of Passage to Bangkok did they play last night?
I remember back in the day Adam used to play a few riffs before they would go into Crawl Away (another song that needs to be brought back)
edit: @pulse Subdivisions is my favorite Rush song, thanks for that
