No band members besides Maynard and Billy were tagged in recent posts so they probably don't even know the band lineup themselves.
Iha's 2024 Pumpkins dates are not clashing with these (yet), but they probably will. In any case I don't think he's coming back for this. (Same goes for Troy/QOTSA, Paz/Pixies and Josh/Foos).

Seems like a good time for Danny Lohner to finally join the touring lineup for real, now that he's actively touring again (first with Billy's solo band, and now with Lindemann, whose tour ends in December).
No info on Failure/Autolux/Beta Machine/Devo plans for 2024 yet, so Matt, Jeff and Greg are likely candidates to return.
Tim Alexander will probably have a guest spot.
It wouldn't surprise me if Greg Edwards was in the apc lineup again in some fashion given he has played guitar for them before and will probably be there playing bass for puscifer.

I don't there's a track listing anywhere yet, but I am very much hoping this means we are finally getting a soundboard recoding of Carina singing The Package.

There are so many tracks I hope we hear. It’s pretty great to hear that they’re releasing this.

That cover though... I guess Puscifer is gonna be the most featured artist in this?

They played more songs at the show than the other two bands, so yeah.

I have a funny feeling the audio from the show will be the second night as opposed to the first. I doubt Sober with Danny and Justin would appear on this release. That said, I love to hear Maynard sing Solaris again with Failure.

Maynard's post on instagram says it's 20 tracks over 2CDs

The interesting thing to me is that the announcement last week said CD/Blu-ray and the Blu-ray wasn't mentioned at all on the official announcement today.

I hope this release includes The Package sung by Carina Round. I mean, we already have two live recordings of this fantastic song. I really wouldn't mind a better quality of this:

Not sure if any of you actually did go through with preordering, but it turns out there was an error and the "blu ray" is actually just a 2 CD set instead. I preordered and ended up getting an email from "Jen Keenan" informing the listing was an error and that I can either be refunded or receive a 2 CD set instead. I opted for the refund, this is bogus.

Meanwhile, if Failure could reprint the blu ray of We Are Hallucinations instead of reprinting fucking vinyl sets of it every 3 months instead, that would also be really fucking cool.

If you can't tell, I'm a bit annoyed I'm out $30 for now for nothing and as far as I can tell, the refund hinges on Maynard's wife or whoever Jen Keenan is having actually read my response.

Edit: Got my refund last night but still bummed this show isn’t getting a Blu Ray

It probably doesn't mean anything for the upcoming tour this late in the game, but Paz just quit Pixies.

Edit: a teaser video was posted and it seems like Josh Freese is gonna be there. Not sure how exactly it will go since the end of this tour clash with Foos resuming theirs.

I don't know all the faces but the clip showed:
    - Carina
    - Gunnar
    - Les
    - Larry
    - Tim Alexander
    - Maynard
    - Mat Mitchell
    - Josh Freese
    - Greg Edwards
    - Billy
    - Matt McJunkins? not entirely sure but looked like him

    Also: new songs confirmed

Yeah, that was Matt. Looking forward to the LA show! Hoping since it's LA and only one night that we get some tasty surprises. Would be great to see Troy and Paz show up for an OG lineup set.

Has anyone attempted lyrical transcriptions of the three tracks?

    Here's my take on Kindred:

    Kindred

    A rare father/daughter teaching moment
How do I tell my child (both inner and actual)
    Her feline friend was taken?

So how do I tell my child that her friend was taken
    By a selfish fool's impatience?

Delicate age for such an awful loss and lesson
    Momentary, fleeting, and brief
    A nature of all connection

Like our mother always said, life is short
Screw the fear, screw the dread
    It's so unnecessary
Love 'em all, love 'em now
Don't hold back, cause by and by
We'll all be dead and buried

Delicate age for such an awful loss and lesson
    Momentary, fleeting, and brief
    A nature of all connection

Fear of pain from loss(?) has us
    Avoiding bridges
    Kindred connections
    Such wasting time

    Cross those bridges
    Fear no bridges(?)

    Kindred spirits wait just beyond
    Cross those bridges
    Fear no bridges(?)

That's a hell of a setlist. I'm experiencing maximum FOMO right now. Really wishing I had bought a ticket to the Chicago show, but none of my friends wanted to go and I didn't really want to drive to Chicago alone. I might have to try to make this happen despite how much it would cost to buy a resale ticket, drive there, and get a hotel for the night...

Yeah that setlist is mostly correct based on my shitty phone recording. I skimmed through it this morning and Puscifer definitely played Tiny Monsters which seems to be missing from that setlist and a few Puscifer tracks are out of order. Also, surprised nobody has mentioned that Carina handled backing vocals on The Contrarian and Kindred (as well as Pablo's Hippo's)

I'm gonna guess there's Maynard's usual no phones policy at these shows so we won't see too much footage on youtube. So far there are only several videos of the final song (Grand Canyon) and nothing else (and he probably said, as usual, 'now you can pull your phones out' before the last song)

Yes, I recorded audio on my phone with no intention of sharing it. I just wanted to have it in case I wanted to re-listen to something and to make sure the setlist order was correct.
