Quick question for you. Do you know if there is anything different about this pressing from the Black 2 LP vinyl from back in the day (I have that one)? Other than the obvious limited pressing and color. Like are the same plates being used to press this as the OG vinyl? Is it remastered in any way? Apparently, I think you work for the band...LOL. Anyway, I loved Invaders Must Die and this is tempting.

As far as I know it is the same one. I haven't heard anything about remastering it or new plates. So it should be identical to the original release. The original one has been out of print and not so easy to find brand new, so I guess this will help those who were without a copy.

The next out of print vinyl they need to reissue is Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned, which happens to turn 15 years old at the end of August. The original 3LP pressing goes for a bit of money these days and good luck finding one new. Even its 2LP repress from Music On Vinyl is hard to find. If they do reissue it, I hope the do the 3LP because its artwork and packaging is quite beautiful. It is a 6 panel gatefold and it looks awesome when you fold it open. Each record sleeve has its own unique art.

On February 22nd, the day before IMD's 10th anniversary, Liam's DJ mix album The Dirtchamber Sessions Volume One turned 20 years old. I was really hoping for a vinyl pressing even though it is a mix album. The way the album is broken up into 8 sections, it would fit perfectly across 2 records. I love the artwork for that release and would love to own it vinyl-sized.

This July, Music For The Jilted Generation turns 25! So lots of anniversaries to celebrate.

With the resurgence of vinyl, they really should reissue everything like Trent Reznor has done.

P.S. I do not work for the band, lol, just a hardcore fan who has been following them since 1993 and over the years made my connections. There are some hardcore NIN fans here, well The Prodigy are my NIN.

Listen Liam, I am totally on to you.. can't fool me! Haha, I dig your enthusiasm for this band and absolutely agree a vinyl re-issue campaign with all of these anniversaries would be awesome. Something similar to what Massive Attack has done/is doing would be sweet. Like those limited editions for Mezzanine and 100th window. Just my wallet would be sad, but my ears happy. Still tempted to get the clear Invaders just to have it, haha.

FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE/CHAMPIONS OF LONDON INSTRUMENTALS
    2x 7" GATEFOLD RECORD STORE DAY 2019

This will be a black double gatefold singles vinyl. It includes previously unreleased instrumentals and is the only single vinyl release on the "No Tourists" project so far.

Man, Keith was such great live performer. Like his energy was off the chain. I was soooo looking forward to seeing him again in May. This sucks. RIP my man.

    This is awful news!
It just highlights how bad things are, with this many musicians killing themselves just imagine how many non famous people are also doing it! This is a really serious problem, mental health is no joke.

Just a reminder that mansions, money and fame do not make some people truly happy. I won't ever judge a person that makes that choice, but as for me...I'm going to stick it out to the end.

    What.The.Fuck!?

    This is shocking.
I didn't see this coming. This sucks. I was going to be seeing them at Sonic Temple in May and was super stoked. They were one of the few bands on that bill that I haven't seen yet and was generally excited about.

    Wow, terrible news.

I bought Fat of the Land back in the 90s and honestly haven't listened to their stuff since then, but I was excited to see them at Chicago Open Air in May. Sad news for sure.

RIP Keith. Prodigy was probably on the top of my list of my favorite artists I had not seen live yet. I will definitly be rocking their songs today in memory of them.
