I saw it this morning....it seems so out of the blue to me.

Such a short period of time ago Trump was threatening to blow up North Korea, and North Korea was threatening to launch nukes at the mainland US, and now suddenly they're going to dismantle their nuclear program?

It's great if it's real, but it seems very out of the blue.
