Buying direct from labels is a bit of crap shoot - some package stuff properly, others don't. Depending on what the stuff is that you're ordering, you might find that Norman Records have at least a few copies - they often have small quantities of limited releases from Bandcamp labels, particularly for electronic music - and they really do know how to box things up properly.

Vinyl Me, Please has a beautiful pressing of "Song For The Deaf" that I really recommend checking out. I'm a sucker for colored wax so they got me hooked for another 3 months.
**EDIT**
And SRC Vinyl has a cool looking version of Nirvana's Unplugged that is coming out on marble wax. It's expensive, but I absolutely love this performance so I pre-ordered a copy.

yesterday's november vinyl challenge prompt was "artist with 5+ LPs" and while i could have pulled out all of my NIN records, i went with The Body and realized that i have 15 LPs they've released (some are collaborative) and i don't even have their complete discography. to say they're prolific would be an understatement...as would saying "i love this band"

I have eight 7" albums and one 10" album (actually full of shellac) and one 12" album (that 9-platter Johnny Cash set came in packaging that I'd call an album). I like the 7" ones because storage of 45s is paaaaain...(I keep the sleeves elsewhere)
