^^^ Daaamnn. I'm actually excited for this.

I own all of the orange bricks, as well as the green bricks (GT). GT didn't really live up to my expectations although super saiyan 4 is pretty badass. After reading the wikipedia entry on Battle of the Gods, I wonder what super saiyan god looks like.

Well this is really cool info about the movies release in Japan exceeding expectations.

Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods opened at number one in the Japanese box office, earning US$7,317,313 with 561,098 tickets sold in only two days.[36][37] The movie's showings at all 16 of the IMAX Digital theaters in Japan that weekend earned US$450,000, with an average of US$28,000 per screen.[38] It was ranked number five in the overseas box office chart by Variety, making it the top-grossing non-American film on the chart.[38][39] While the top four films are playing in over 50 territories each, Battle of Gods' performance is based only on 328 screens in Japan.[39] By its fifth day, the film had made over US$12,000,000 with 988,790 tickets sold.[40] As a result, the film was projected to sell more than 1 million tickets by its sixth day, making it the fastest film to reach that milestone so far this year in Japan.[40] It was number one in its second week as well, with a total of 1,488,518 tickets sold and an estimated US$17,908,626 total earnings.[1][41]
Toei is aiming for Battle of Gods to earn a domestic Japanese box office take of ¥3 billion (about US$32 million).[42] Oricon compared Battle of Gods' box office total as of 1:00 p.m. on its first day with One Piece Film Z's total during that same time, and projects that Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods will exceed Toei's ¥3 billion target.

I know that there's already a few mentions of Team Four Star here and there, but I still think that it's worth plugging it in on this thread. I wasn't even aware that they even went as far as making their own Facebook and Twitter accounts. I've been following it again, and from what I'm aware of, they're currently up to the Androids Saga. Oh, and I just noticed that they even have an accounts on Tumblr and Google+.

I would definitely like to also support the official release, but when I don't have the means, I'm just also glad to see that Team Four Star can certainly hold me over. It's both the hilarity and the accuracy of the parody that I like the most, and the voice acting for Vegeta and Bulma is very spot on.

    -Edit-

I also came across TFSTwoSaiyans, AKA TFS Gaming on YouTube. It's Team Four Star using their voice impressions of Dragon Ball Z characters in video games.

I almost forgot to post the second part of that video in this thread entirely. OneyNG hasn't made any follow-ups to it ever since, and I still think it's just as funny or even a little bit funnier than the first one based on the Vegeta Saga. I'm also very impressed with the millions upon millions of views that both videos have received.

This one was based on the Frieza Saga, and well, the picture on the YouTube video would tell you that. Anyway, I hope you guys like it. I suppose I'd also quote it this way so that nobody can miss both videos in this thread on this page either.

I know that I came across this Dragon Ball site late, but still I just thought that it was definitely worth sharing here. It's called Kanzenshuu, and they're also on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Google+.

I hear the remastering and the actual quality of them are better than the DBZ orange season sets? True?

What comes in them? Size similar to DBZ seasons?

I am one of those who like the orange boxes. I mean yea the cropping was misleading, but we are in an age of wide screen so whatever.

The db boxes are great. Still cropped. And since there are only 5 its stuffed with mad episodes.

I like Dragonball. But it gets really bad ass once king piccollo arrives.

Funny how the most powerful being they have ever faced is a fucking cat. Lame brained if you think about it.

Hopefully the film is good. However, watching that trailer made me miss the art styles of earlier seasons. From about Cell onwards the art style became sharper and more bold with the contour lines.

I think the movie is probably at least average to the worst DB Franchise Films. However, I am sure 100% that it is overhyped and overblown to be something awesome. Only reason i think its applauded as much as it has been is because its the first film in 17 years.
