    Mr. Bean

I haven't re-visited Mr. Bean for quite some time, but when I re-watched some Mr. Bean episodes, it reminded me that I couldn't think of Mr. Bean without thinking of Christmas and New Year's Day. I also noticed that Mr. Bean actually has official accounts on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

    http://www.mrbean.com/

    https://www.youtube.com/user/MrBean

    https://www.facebook.com/MrBean/

    https://twitter.com/MrBean

    https://www.instagram.com/mrbean/

Anyway, I thought of posting some of my favorite episodes here. If I recall correctly, Mr. Bean in Room 426, Back to School Mr. Bean, Tee Off, Mr. Bean and Goodnight Mr. Bean were my introductions to Mr. Bean as those were the very first Mr. Bean episodes I saw on VHS.

And as for why Mr. Bean, Christmas and New Year's Day have gone hand in hand with me, Merry Christmas, Mr. Bean and Do-It-Yourself Mr. Bean certainly speak for themselves.

I laugh my ass off I watch Mr. Bean then I feel instantly bad when I listen to the ending song, lol. Rowan is a genius. Somehow it also reminds me of Christmas too.

What a small world - guess what DVD set Santa brought me yesterday?

My better half is, depressingly, not a fan of the show. So the logic in giving me that particular gift: "clearly it's not something I'm buying because *I* want to see it".

I got a clever one, I tell ya. And as far as the show goes...or really, Atkinson in general...if he's not knighted at some point, I'm going to be disappointed. The man is a national treasure.

Rowan was the king of physical (Mr. Bean) and verbal (Blackadder) in the '90s. I recommend Rowan Atkinson Live, it has both amazing monologues and a recreation of the "Mr. Bean at the Church" sketch.

I will never get tired of Mr Bean. I love the tv show; I loved the movies (especially the first one, the exploding turkey is still making laugh until I cry); I loved his stint at the 2012 London Olympics opening ceremony (him and James Bond and QEII).

    I just love him.

Didn't want to start a whole new thread for Blackadder, but it looks like season 5 is happening.

You should check out his stand up 'Rowan Atkinson Live!' They used to play on Comedy Central all the time in the 90s. Some of the funniest stuff I've ever seen.

This show was sooo good. I remember being a kid and watching it on HBO. Still have the DVD box set. I still laugh really hard during the Xmas episode, shopping episode, and the lunch at the park skit. Rowan Atkins is just wonderful.
