Big “Now I’m Nothing” vibes in the first verse.

    It’s real fucking good.

The news I have is there is a planned 7" for this release in addition to being on DISCO4 :: PART II.

No preorders for the single so we won't see it for awhile. Let's say *soon*

Nice - been too long since there was a nin 7" (not counting Old Town Road).

I'm not so familiar with HEALTH, but damn, this is a strong track. Maybe I'm getting overexcited, but I can really see these guys working together again. This is going to get a lot of repeat plays today.

This is so good! Definitely getting vibes of 'Now I'm Nothing' + 'Disappointed' in Trent's vocal part.

I think it's going to be pretty large for a 7" but I'm not comfortable giving that detail away.

I like this. One thing that's especially cool is that it sounds like a true collaboration track. It truly feels like 50% NIN and 50% HEALTH, while collab tracks often feel like 80% one band with 20% input from the other.

    This song is SO good.

it reminds me of both the trilogy and 90’s NIN.

the message feels like he’s come full circle to where he began. Very strong head like a hole and bad witch themes going on. Humanity is rotten to the core, authorities have failed us, and the protagonist is no better.

This song is about Richard Patrick, right? (I kid!)

Pretty good! I think I was expecting something a little heavier on the first listen, so it kind of took me by surprise. Now gimme dat download!

If you haven't, I'd check out HEALTH's last collab album. Most of the tracks feel 50/50% if you know the original artists. Got a good group assembled on that one.

So far, iTunes is the only available shop where you can purchase the single.

    "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" - Trent Reznor

God, this is so good. Lol. Looks like the track is on Spotify and I've listened at least 5 times so far.

    A 45rpm 12" would work well, but I don't think I'm that lucky.

We were told 7". Obviously plans could change and that could get canceled but it is planned.

2:13 - “you faked eternity again”? Is anyone else hearing that?

perhaps alluding to those who speak about God and Heaven but are hypocrites and doing the most harm?

Didn't have much of an expectation since Health are not my cup of tea but this song is pretty fucking great (would be better as NIN only in my opinion, but I'm not going to complain).

It's on Amazon music for purchase now too. Not that it isn't a convoluted process to actually buy music from Amazon.

Or maybe TR plays it extra cruel here for setting the fire first just to THEN extinguish it BUT in a way that drowns the you, because he's pouring just too much water on it? Like... the you's gonna be like "Damn, I'm burning. Yes, here comes the fire brigade! Oh no, it's TR with the gallons ..." But he says "drown" first, right? So that can't be it.
    I'm at loss...

Interested to hear this as I feel like the last studio proper HEALTH albums lean more into what an average NIN fan would enjoy outside of their more noisy, experimental origins. In fact, I've seen a lot of HEALTH fans drop out since Get Color because they've gone into more of a "song" based structure.

Seeing them at Pitchfork Festival 2011 (holy shit that was 10 years ago?) was one of the best live experiences ever for me.
