You either die a hero, or live long enough to start a 2021 thread.

I got excited for a minute before I saw the phrase ‘classic week’. Wonder which one it will be

The post showed an image that said "nine inch nails: year one" with year zero-esque music behind it and underneath said 1/20/2021. Definitely felt fake. Guessing a fanmade remix album or something

Trent is one of the few artists who has a career this long that Fantano consistently gives a good score to. I’m excited to see what album he picked out for classics review, because I think he’s a fairly big fan.

Trent got some love for Mank and Soul and a little bit of Watchmen on the Fatman Beyond podcast. I'd have to listen again to see if he mentioned Atticus but memory says no. Also kind of laughed at the idea of the disconnect between NIN and the score work that Kevin had but then I guess he's not on an NIN message board in 2021...lol

I watch Fantano's reviews occasionally, but we've known The Downward Spiral kicks ass for nearly 27 years now. I don't see the point in making a new review for TDS.

there was quite a lot of people on his stream where he did some previews of the album who had no idea who they were or the album. You'd be surprised

Because a lot of his audience are white boy skinny jeans wearing 15 year old Fetty Wap and Lil Peep fans.

I mean, my son hasn't been alive for 27 years and that's only one person in the world.

That drum fill is iconic. I'll never forget toddling through the living room when that kicked in, and my dad had that full blast on the stereo. After that, I learned that if the record sleeve with Phil Collins' face on it was resting against the glass case, I walked through the entryway to the dining room to the kitchen instead of through the living room where the speakers were.

Whilst looking for new Reznor/possible Bowie tribute, I was bemused to find that some f*cknugget has added Trent to a list of illuminati/freemasons because 1) He has photos in front of brick walls (Must be a mason , because 'masonry') 2. He uses his hands in his photo shoots (symbols, symbols, it's all coded symbols!) I left a comment but feel free to leave your own

He is a super music scholar, and I really wish he would have Trent on his show because he would actually ask interesting questions.

Some of you may recall he was a VH1 VJ--- and the last person to interview George Harrison. He's also a huge Dylan and Bowie fan.

He was also 1/2 of America's Funniest Home Videos for awhile...which I think he hated more than fake Christians but it's hard to tell.
