Funny how things stick with you. My earliest memory of the thrill movies can bring is seeing the trilogy over and over again on VHS, I fully rediscovered them from a relatively more mature perspective when the DVD's came out and now any of the three are an immediate go-to if they are on streaming services like they are now. For me there's no better franchise to come out of it's decade and is Zemeckis' peak, and arguably Spielberg's too.

Streaming is still king but the studios are still making an effort, whether through on their own or through boutique labels (Criterion, Kino Lorber, Scream/Shout Factory, etc.), to put out older movies on Blu-ray or 4K UHD.

4K Blu-rays have amazing quality, the bitrate is so much higher than streaming.

    That hoverboard looks really interesting...

Meh. The only thing I'd be interested in would be a rough cut of the Stoltz version.

Another set?? I already have 2 lol. I'll be passing up on this one, but Back to the Future is probably my all time favorite film; it really is perfect (Of course there are minor flaws, but I can look past them) I have seen each film countless times and I'm still discovering things to this day. But I am DYING to see that Stoltz cut and whatever else they had for that version.

Sad to find out that the set for the third film burned down awhile back, I always wanted to visit it. Also sad, the drama behind the scenes for this movie, including Crispin Glover's beef. Crazy how so many people don't know that isn't him in the second film.
