Just bought metro redux and alien isolation off psn for 60 altogether. Can't wait to get home and play them. Probably gonna start with metro. I hear Alien is really hard.

Starting Assassins Creed Black Flag on the XBOX ONE. I hope this is good. Haven't really played the other games much but I love this kind of stuff. Also I played GTA V with my uncle. It was awesome. He doesn't play video games at all. He picked up a hooker and faceplanted through a windshield. I was a proud nephew. Heh.

inFamous Second Son, is a pretty cool game. First Light is too. If anyone is thinking of Wolfenstein: The New Order, I say go for it. Great characters!

    Halo 5: Guardians Multiplayer beta

Great gameplay and it performs well. I however have a gripe about certain weapons. The SMG is overpowered and should get nerfed. It went from borderline unusable to flat out overkill in damage from past games. I also feel that they need to make more fair and fun matchmaking. True skill needs to be implemented badly. I'm not a Halo God but playing this today mad me feel like my skills were inadequate. I played 16 games and won 4. I usually tend to go 5/15 or so a match. Yeah really fun gameplay there being nothing much than a bot for the opponents to shoot. BORING.

I picked up Dragon Age Inquisition after trading in GTAV (I was never going to finish it or play it online) and oh boy am I pleased I did, basically crossing Bioware characters with an almost open world (with a few dumb fetch quests) works a charm, and while I'm only 10 or so hours in, there is just so much to do and see without being overbearing (which is what I worry about with open world games). I wasn't keen on DA1 or 2, but I know enough of the story to get most of the lore and what happened in the previous games.
The only thing now is I'm hoping the next Mass Effect pulls in some of what they did here.

Just finished Metro 2033. Pretty cool game. Kind of annoying with the gas masks though. That was my only real issue with the game. Will probably start Last Light tomorrow. If not, I did buy Alien Isolation.

Did you play on Survival or Spartan? I assume you played on Survival. I completed 2033 without too many gas mask issues on Survival. Conserve your filters and equip it only when you really need to.

I need to finish Last Light. I started it and got about 7 chapters in before the Fall games hit.

Think my issue was not knowing when to take it off. But yeah, I played on survival.

Played a bunch of Wii shooting games over the holidays that my cousin had. I didn't realize how much I missed arcade gun games. Dead Space Extraction, 2 Resident Evil Chronicles games, House of the Dead Overkill as well as 2 and 3. The best one was the LA Machineguns/Gunblade NY compilation. This is a genre that I'd be happy to see make a comeback.

Anyone happen to be playing Far Cry 4 on PC? I'm itching for people to play coop missions with and none of my friends have wanted to throw down cash for the game yet (I wouldn't be playing it if I hadn't gotten it for Christmas). If anyone wants to play, add "caldrax" on steam

Unlocked the plat. in Minecraft, and started Styx: Master of Shadows, which is an excellent game imo though a bit buggy. So happy the trophies for Minecraft are out of the way, the whole time playing I kept dreaming of amazing builds. lol, it was killing me. Hopefully Sunday I can spend all day goofing around in Minecraft. Never knew what the addiction was to this game, but I sure do now.

I decided to try Far Cry again after hating one of them before, so I got the demo for 4. Turns out if a MP demo, and it doesn't work.

Played through Infamous First Light since it was free and stunningly short this month on PS+. Never played an Infamous game before, and while I had fun, I certainly am not going to buy the main game. The story and writing didn't interest me in the least, and the combat got a little old; in general it felt there wasn't much to do.

The Swapper is making my brain ache in a good way. Amazing atmosphere, deep mood, music that reminds me of the Moon score. Loving it so far.

Working my way through Far Cry 4 after having passed over FC3. Having a total blast with it, just loving it. Blowing up a crocodile with a grenade launcher only to then pour all my ammo reserves from an AK into a rhino before silently taking down an outpost with a sniper rifle and animal bait, flying the mini helicopter as high as possible and bailing before wingsuiting out into the Kyrat wilderness is just too fun. Killing a legendary honeybadger with an LMG was pretty great, too.

Still replaying GTA V and trying to rank up in the multiplayer in time for heists. If you want to add me or play, my PSN is Copyofacopyofa and I'm a member of the ETS crew.

For whatever reason I put off Dragon Age, after having been maybe 50-60 hours deep into it. I was adoring it too, as a giant Bioware fan, but I just got sidetracked after being gifted a few other games. Looking forward to finishing it off soon, hopefully!

Is anyone else really excited for the Resident Evil Remaster that cones out soon? I am beyond excited. It was the first game I remember loving along with Final Fantasy VII. I hope they have plans to re-release 2 and Nemesis in HD cause holy shit, then my childhood would be made.

Very excited for the RE Remaster. Especially since the most recent Game Informer gave it a 9.5. I beat Code Veronica X (which btw was a lot harder than I remember) recently to warm myself up for it.

It's just a HD port of Game cube's REmake, right? I'm sure I'll get it eventually. Playing First Light right now. Pretty fun. Nice new elements added to the core gameplay. After that, who knows? Been off an on playing Walking Dead: season two and Metro: Last Light. Might shelve it so I can start Alien Isolation.

shamelessly addicted to Dragon Age.. I've put nearly 36 hours in now and everything is just ramping up. love it. Picked up a few older titles, Infamous First Light is on PS + and is pretty good fun, as I've not played Second Son yet I'll see how this goes. Also Oddworld New n Tasty, which while a remake is really good fun, and I loved the original back on the PS1. Its just as tricky as it ever was too.

Rage. Imagine if the people who made Doom 3 decided to make Fallout 3. You'd get a badass game, right? Well, no such luck. I mean, Rage is amusing, but it sure as shit ain't no Fallout 3...

Styx: Master of Shadows. Having a lot of fun with this, though it's a bit glitchy. Spent all morning trying to collect all tokens and unlock the Insignia of Shadow badge, on mission 2. Completely worth it.
