i have played Dead Cells for probably 12-14 hours in the last three days...maybe more? it's so addicting. and i'm glad i haven't gotten frustrated with it. the fact that dying sends you all the way back to the beginning, every single time. but the fact that it randomizes stuff and changes the level layouts every time you play through is pretty cool!

i beat it once, and got to the final boss two other times (once before i beat it, once after).

I’ve been playing Death Stranding now since mid December (about a month and a half). I’ve logged 38 hours so far and think I still have a good quarter of the game left (maybe more). I legitimately don’t want this game to end. I’ll still play it after finishing the main campaign because I love it so much, which often times I find difficult to do with other games. Really happy I started playing this. It’s honestly the most incredible game I’ve played in a very long time.

I can't bring myself to go back to Death Stranding...

Doing a FF7 playthrough atm. Can't wait for the remake.

I just have zero interest in it. I'm fine with exploration, to a degree. This just feels like a chore/job. Not much enjoyment. I hear it gets better. I don't know if i have the patience for that. And if I do, it'll be a long time.

Started The Division 2 with a friend..i quite like it. The voice acting and writing at points is pretty laughable and there are some minor glitches, but the core game-play loop is pretty fun!

I'm thinking about going back to play Banjo-Kazooie again, as I really miss it now, but I'd also have to get it again first, and then also check out Banjo-Tooie to make up for lost time, as I fell off the franchise just right after the first game.

I just got a 1tb harddrive for my PS4 and re-downloaded all the games i couldn't fit...and now i have SO MANY MORE GAMES I HAVEN'T PLAYED YET WHY DID I DO THIS!?!

So far i am currently playing
    -The Division 2 (co-op)
    -FIFA 20 (co-op pro clubs)
-Pokemon Sword (getting ready for Pokemon Home so i can complete my living dex)

Games i have yet to even start...
    -Borderlands 3
    -The Surge 2
    -Gun Gun Pixies
-Hyper Dimensional Neptunia VIIR (this is technically just HDN VII that i've already completed but has a load of extra content)
    -Prey
    -Deus Ex Mankind Divided
-Yakuza Kamai (i've probably spelt that wrong!)
    -Blazblue Cross Tag Battle
    -Gal Gun 2

Games i've finished but would like to replay/finish DLC...
    -The Witcher 3
    -Code Vain
    -Horizon Zero Dawn
    -Doom Ultra Nightmare Mode
    -Dishonered 2 Corvo Playthrough

...do you think i can do all this before Doom Eternal comes out?!

I lent MK11 to a friend because I have no interest in fucking Joker. With that done I've been able to beat the last of RDR2's Epilogue missions. Now to finish Doom (finally) as I have a bad habit of leaving games at 95% done.

I’m still playing Death Stranding. I think I only have about 8 hours left of the story so I stopped the main story missions for a bit to do the side missions. I don’t want the game to end. Usually once a story ends in a game, I’m less inclined to keep playing the side/after missions. Hopefully this will change as I don’t want to stop playing this.

Just started Sekiro and I'm slowly getting it figured out. The timing aspect has been a sharper learning curve than I expected and man, those kills are satisfying when you get them. I have five prayer beads so that is indicative of where I stand with it right now.

It's good but if you don't parry the game is unbeatable. I gave up on Genichiro Ashina.

Finally got a Nintendo switch and played through Zelda breath of the wild. Took 140 hours and have 114/120 shrines.Probably the best open world games I've played. Better than Red dead and GTA5P. I read it took them 5 years to make BOTW

I will start the Division 2 at some point soon before the next wave of must play games are out.
There is a Title Update coming out here in a couple weeks with some new missions, Coney Island back in NYC with a new specializstion and some exotics. Probably doesn't mean much if you never got very far into it in the first place. Also here in the next month or so they are revamping the the gear stats and such. Gonna be basically a hard reset on how you gear out at end game to make it not so much of a pain in the ass to figure out what pieces to keep and whats good etc, again more for an end game stand point. I should say most grievances come from end game content but that most people pretty much agree that the leveling/story portion of the game is pretty solid. It's also been really cheap as of late.

I started playing Grand Theft Auto III again and holy shit.... i caaaaan't deal with these vehicle physics lol and not to mention the vehicles are made of tissue paper.

Did a pay phone mission where you have to go picking up stacks of porn that fell out of a van with another van, you only have 30 seconds or so and OMG i was losing my shit trying to do this. The shitty van they gave you has the worst maneuverability, i ended up rolling the thing over continuously and losing time. Fuck!.... restart, fuck.... restart, FUCK! GOD DAMN IT!

Finally got around to playing Bioshock Infinite. Cannot believe it has taken me this long to play! I like it better than 2, but the first installment is my favorite.

Yakuza 5. After this, I might try to bring myself to finish Death Stranding. Guy at work always talks about it, positively. I'll give it another try I guess.

I’m OBSESSED with Death Stranding and I’m always talking about it to the guy i work with. Are you him? LOL. But seriously. I can’t get enough of it. I’m about 67 hours in on the last chapter or two. I’ll probably end it at about 70 and then free roam afterwards for a little bit. Best game I’ve played in a long long time. The game really opens up after the first few chapters.

If you're in Louisiana, maybe lol. I hear it gets better. And I've apparently been playing wrong as well. I haven't been using my grenades. It's not the BTs that soured my experience though.

Not in Louisiana lol. And yeah, you gotta use the grenades! What soured it if you don’t mind me asking? Maybe I can shed some light.

The constant backtracking. Felt more like a chore than something I found enjoyable. Also, not having any idea of what's going on doesn't help much either.

I only had to backtrack once, and that was because I got stuck not using my grenades and had to go back to make some. The story definitely unfolds and I found it pretty entertaining as it progressed. You shouldn’t have to backtrack too much if you do it right, but you will be going back and forth from distribution center to distribution center. Once you get the vehicles, it’s way more fun.

Not very often that I'm so blown away by a game, that I go back and immediately replay it. Bioshock Infinite might be the only game to make me do that. Love everything about that game.

    Just finished Death Stranding. Total gameplay time was right at 70hrs. What a game. I’ll probably continue to play more even after the main campaign. My reaction at the end;
