"“The Underwhelming” from the 12-track outing is available now in select regions and will debut in North America tomorrow, Friday, September 18th"
Has anyone found a link to a copy in a "select region"?

He's using that standard high pitched vocal in a lot of songs of late. The opening reminds me somehow of Echoplex.

I hear it, guitars are very similar.

I snagged the gold vinyl and the cassette. Wish the wine and vinyl bundles were available for international customers.

Yeah, I don't normally buy into pre-order/vinyl bundles, but I do dig the new songs quite a bit and saw the wine bundle so figured why the heck not... But, no shipping outside USA, so... they don't get my money.

Is this the first Puscifer release to actually have decent cover art?

I've listened to the song a couple of times now and it's okay, but I can't help but feel that the quality of the music is going down. This one and Apocalyptical don't have too much of a replay value for me. Really really liked Conditions of my Parole, I think that's some of MJK's best work (can listen to it front to back no problem), but felt a step down in quality with Money Shot (although there are some great gems in there, like Agostina, Grand Canyon, Autumn). Let's hope this one has 3-4 gems in it.

Had to snag the gold vinyl, just too nice. As for the song, I actually dig his higher register vocals throughout. Dig it way more than Apocalyptical, too (was pretty forgettable...can't even really remember how it goes tbh).

The Underwhelming is a really great almost synth-pop track. It’s catchy and I love the lyrics.

Telling Ghosts (single), V For Viagra (first remix album) and Money Shot Re-Load (that second remix album) were ok.

Remember how people reacted to The Next Day's artwork when it was announced. But then it was a different thing holding it in your hands and you could skip through the booklet and the digipak and suddenly it made sense. Maybe it's the same with Money Shot and Conditions Of My Parole? I can't say, because I don't own them on physical media.

All in all I like how MJK doesn't take Puscifer too serious.

I am still thinking about the cassette, as that is pretty unique. I did get the red/gold/wine bundle rather than the all gold. Too bad that was not available for international customers.

Holy shit I love The Underwhelming as much as anything on Eat The Elephant. Fucking wonderful track. Also, yeah I agree, this is the first Puscifer album cover that rules.

Brilliant song! Edwards is killing it. @bobbie solo The vocal melodies in the beginning slightly sound like HEALTH to me, for some reason.

Welp, I was slow and hesitated too long to grab the gold but bought the black pressing. I second guessed myself because I own no Puscifer albums on LP. I own all of the material on CD copies so without wanting to own all as a vinyl pressing I was like nah. I might shop around and see if I can buy them all cheap on wax.

I also bought the Billy D. and Friend poster for a wall to fill. I dig it.

Ha, glad he was able to contribute to the track. Still won't catch me listening to Puscifer material in 2020.

Alright, well now I will stress that it is not going to fit me. Always hard to buy a men's size as a female. I could go with what I knew would be too large and pay to alter it or go with what might fit better but it could be a little small. So, it ships mid-Oct. so I guess it's dieting time for me. In any event, I have wanted that jacket so bad and about a week or two ago someone was posting on the Facebook group that they had the one of a few that apparently was made back when for Maynard. (Maybe they had one of the new ones...). I was so jealous. Well now I too have one! (Please give me your "thoughts and prayers" that it fits!!).

So, so far, there's black vinyl, Merch Collective exclusive gold vinyl (sold out), Caduceus exclusive gold/red wine vinyl (sold out), Revolver exclusive translucent tri-color clear blend vinyl (500 sold out), FYE exclusive copper vinyl and Puscifer.com exclusive mystery color vinyl (500 + 250 signed).

I'm all for cool colored vinyl, but it sure makes picking one hard, especially when they announce a new one every day, and you've already purchased a copy. Years previous, I would have purchased them all, but I'm at a point where I've curbed my OCD collecting of stuff. About ten years ago, I made it a rule to only buy one copy of an album per format. I've purchased the gold vinyl and the cassette. Not really into CDs anymore unless it's something special like Fear Inoculum. And even if I wanted to, I'm definitely not buying 6 sets of vinyl after buying that damn jacket.

Is that like the mystery flavor that lollipop makers make from the weird mix of flavors at the end of the production line?
