So much intensity tonight! Not a single new song and all of Broken except Last and out of order. That was easily the best performance of Wish I've ever seen.

Was wearing my ETS shirt and the guy I was randomly next to struck up a conversation about it. Jeff, if you're lurking and reading this right now, it was great meeting you and swapping NIN stories!

Hell of a weekend. I really hope these nights got recorded!

what a difference between last night and tonight. Not a single song passed 1997!

this show went by soooooo fast!
not a single dull moment! Not a dull moment at all!

i can die happy now. Amazing show!

I'm going to say it now... last night was the worst NIN show I have ever seen out of 23 and tonight was the best!
best show ever. Well done Trent! Thank you!

    Fuck yes.

This one beat Brooklyn 2 for me, which I didn't think was possible any time soon.

This was also the last one for me. What an incredible run. I couldn't have asked for a better ending to my shows this year.

Yep, that setlist was worth the trip! I rarely get teary at concerts but The Perfect Drug got me going. The world can end anytime now and I'd be totally okay with that. I was further back tonight, realizing now how much more intense being close to the rail makes the show.

Kinda bummed that they didn't play AATCHB, which was really what made me spring for the cross country flight for tickets. However, I really can't be disappointed after tonight's set. Highlight for me was definitely A Warm Place, which was completely unexpected since I don't believe they played it often on this tour and while going into Somewhat Damaged on Tension was great....going into Eraser is how it's meant to be played. The only song on the entire set that I'm "meh" on was Sanctified.

Also, my money is on them playing TDS in full at one of the LA shows. I think they've played all of them at some point on this tour and they played them in order tonight.

This show was so. fucking. good!!! So happy I trekked down to Vegas to catch these. I was itching for some live NIN again, and this show was the perfect way to fill that craving!!

Finally chatted with a few ETS-ers after being a lurker for was feels like decades. @halo33 (is there a way to tag someone on Tapatalk?), I was the bearded Canadian dude you chatted with a few times, and had a beer at the bar on night 1 when we met Ilan. Shoot me a DM if you end up performing in Calgary! Would check it out!

Holy shit. What a set list and what a pit... .

I was planning to go rehydrate during a quiet song. That didn't happen.

So glad security weren't being assholes this time.

I feel like the thing about playing breakdowns from Please and the Only Time during Sanctified and Closer is that I would really like to actually hear Please and the Only Time, which are two of my favorites

Last night, I saw NIN perform in 2018. Tonight, I saw NIN perform like it was 1998!

This was an amazing night & I’m guessing a lot of balls were punched-off at some point during the show.

I’ll have to add something more coherent once I’ve landed back home. Regardless, it was wild to see so many ets folks in person. TR should really consider a bi-annual NIN convention/residency so we can all rock out together more often.

This was a completely different experience from last night. Both brilliant and unique in their own way. But fuck, my face is melted. This band, this tour, is on fire.

Was that a camera sticking up 10-15 ft dead center stage above the mixing board last night?

Couldn't have asked for a better weekend. Great sets both nights, met up with some folks I met at the Chicago dates, met some awesome people and had a great time. Thank you all so much. This community is amazing!

What are the chances either of you recorded the HMLTD sets as well? Those guys were fucking weird, but fun! wouldn't mind listening to those again.

Way better than JAMC... Good God. Nothing like these dudes warming up the crowd, only to have Jesus and friends put them back to sleep.
These guys were defiantly interesting to say the least. I wasn't completely bored of them.

So I was front center rail, when the lead singer of HMLTD jumped to the barricade and turned around (facing the stage, back to us, shirtless, sweaty), standing essentially right in front of, yet between, my spouse and I. He was up against the rail. It was as if he wanted us to do something--touch him? Bring him into the crowd? Well, we did nothing. It felt really awkward. As he was standing in that spot and I was thinking what do I do, my thoughts wandered to what would I be doing if that were Trent instead, and before I know it, time passed and he jumped back to the stage. Was I supposed to do something?

Lol! Pat on the back maybe?? I must have been a few people to the right of you, saw him do that and thought he was going to do something as well.

I remember Alice Glass from Crystal Castles doing that when they opened years ago, it was weird, but a few pats on the shoulder from a few people, then she was back to the stage!

I did HMLTD night 2 all performers sets I ran 2 rigs so I'll have a 2nd set of tapes for diff mic patterns the one I released today was directional cardiod pattern mics I still have a binaural recording to master.

Probably won't get to those till after LA. I leave for LA Thursday afternoon.

I had an itch to hear that "music" song again from these lads, but it's nowhere to be found on YouTube, unfortunately.
When you get around to uploading their set, can you please post the link here so I know where to check back? Thanks!

Damn! that's sick! I wish I ran into Santa Claus on the street too. I would have loved one of these. How much was it? And he had multiple for sale?

After the show, I went searching for people selling bootleg merch, but couldn't find any lol.

After the Paris show in June, my girlfriend and I tried to dupe one of them on the street... Some guy was selling cheap knock off printed posters of the stock photo they used for all the nights. The photo of the band in front of an orangeish light with the silhouettes of them in black and the crowd in front of them, that image... buddy on the street was trying to get us to buy a commemorate poster for $5, figured why the hell not... we were drunk... but we didn't have change... All I had were $20 bills, so the guy... for some odd reason, hands us the poster *AND* he hands us like 2 or 3 dollars in bills.... I don't know why, and he tells me to hang tight while he goes and gets change, and he disappears, and we're just standing there.... and standing there... and standing there... and we don't know where he went, so my girlfriend says "let's just leave" and we look around and just bolt for it...

But buddy caught on and came out of nowhere after us, lol, he took my $20 and handed me a $10 bill and gave me another poster... so we got stuck with 2 posters and he ran off... lol... In hindsight, we should have just walked away. It was a cheap knock off poster, and it got crushed in our suitcase on the way back anyway haha.

That's my story for ya'll about bootleg merch.

I also bought a bootleg t-shirt at the Aftershock festival w/ the NIN logo on the front for $10. After 1 wash the NIN symbol was already all cracking apart.

Bootleg merch always seems like a great idea at the time, especially if you've had a few drinks but nothing good ever comes of it.

Hey... were you the guy me and my buddy were talking to (u were talking more to my buddy, he is a tall bearded dude who wanted to see The Perfect Drug) by the mixing board on Night 1 in Vegas? You wanted Happiness in Slavery, if I remember correctly. And we saw you again at the end of Night 2 on the way out, and were talking to out into the casino.

And as all above have stated... this was one of the best NIN shows I have ever seen. And I saw them a bunch on TDS and Further Down the Spiral Tour. I've lost count but it's between 15-20 shows at this point. But Vegas 2 transported me back in time... the only thing that was missing was my dumb ass in the pit... too old for that shit now.

I enjoyed night 1 as well, as that was the type of setlist I wanted to see... newer stuff. My 'wants' were Background World and AATCHB, but there is no way I'm gonna bitch about it. We, as NIN fans, are extremely lucky Trent is touring and still giving it his all, every night, with awesome set-lists. I just don't get some of the criticisms but hey... it's the social media world we live.

I mean, TPD, Burn, & Dead Souls in the same set... probably the only time that has ever happened or will ever happen again (although it wouldn't surprise me if one of the LA shows got that).
