man, they are doing kids an injustice with that analysis.

there is no age that is appropriate for something as heinous as the holocaust. it sucked and everyone should know how much it sucked.

Spider-Man and the Incredible Hulk mainly so far. I collected a bunch of issues by the same artist and am making my way through them... After that, some X-Men related titles by a different artist.

I'm quite enjoying this original Death's Head (1988) UK series. I remembered enjoying them the first time I read them in the early 1990s but it's rather nice to see that it still connects with me. Silly. Violent. Yes.

Finished off that McFarlane initial Marvel run. Yeah, I liked it. The Daredevil and Incredible Hulk earlier stuff vs. the later Spider-Man (series) stuff is quite noticeable. Could be the more relative freedom he felt to tell "his stories" or just a lot more paid time to refine his style... either way, I still like it. I want to re-buy a few Spawn issues and then give that another go with the integrated Violator and Youngblood issues involved this time...

And now finished off my entire Marvel set. Some thoughts... Todd telegraphed Spawn with his Spider-Man themes. The Jim Lee X-Men series (as opposed to his Uncanny X-Men) was more amusing than I remembered but in looking back, that was probably the charming hook that keep them in my head since the first time I had read them. If pressed, I'd probably keep a few of the Lee X-Men issues over all (including the Uncanny ones) but the McFarlane run, from Daredevil to Spider-Man, that I'm definitely keeping...

the QR codes in the show take you to free copies of some of the Moon Knight comics. pretty interesting use of tech.

This is the book I read when I heard about the show. I can't really deal with the formatting on old comic books, it makes no sense to me.

Might pick up Sandman Universe Nightmare Country if my LCS has an extra copy. Anyone read yet?

EDIT: My LCS had a stack of #1's. If you have the opportunity to pick this up and read it, do so! Fantastic opening issue and I immediately called my LCS to add it to my pulls.

Frank Miller's run is a great starting point, after that check the classic stories like "Born Again", "Yellow" and Kevin Smith's "Guardian Devil".

Finished up my Spawn 1-25 + Violator 1-3 and Youngblood 7) reading... unfortunately I had ordered Youngblood 4 and not Youngblood Strikeforce 4 and so I ordered that. Also in re-reading, I find that I do want to see what the end of Badrock and Overt-Kill fight is, so I also ordered Team Youngblood 11 to finish that off.
Different than the HBO series, that's for sure... but I did like more this time around than when I did just a little while ago. Watching/reading McFarlane's style and his ideas mature was a pretty nifty thing.
Also decided I wanted to pink fuzzy bunny slippers again and so I ordered The Incredible Hulk 390-393 + X Factor 76 for that story.
And then I should be good on my comics binge for a while. I have stacks of novels to get back into... and after that... I read the Age of Apocalypse series (old and newer ones). But that's at least a good year away.
