has anyone mentioned that the box is textured? because it is. there's...crust(?) around the air holes, and on several other areas around the outside of the box (on all sides). and i got THREE FEATHERS! but seriously, holy shit this thing is so well put together. i cannot wait to listen to it.

So their are actual "holes" in the box? I can't wait for mine to arrive. I downloaded the FLAC files but am waiting to listen for the first time with the vinyl so I can explore the art work.

There's a spectrum there. I was once invited to a birthday party so long as I didn't wear anything that was leather. If you're okay supporting a man who has contributed a lot to the leather industry, indirectly or otherwise, but not okay with feathers being hidden in the box, you'll probably want to pass on the boxed vinyl.
