It's a reference to the Watchmen interview where a surprise guest joins the conversation.

Now that I've finally had a chance to listen to Vol. 1 & 2 (had Vol. 3 back in Jan. ... so long ago now), and read the world-building with the art and text... I really like what they've done. And when Damon was re-telling the story of how Trent and Atticus became involved and referencing Ken Burns The Vietnam War soundtrack as inspiration, I can hear how that evolved with the Watchmen music.

Looking forward to doing 1, 2, 3 and the additional download stuff listening sometime soon.

What you don't know is actually he's on the set of "Only, pt. 2" and this was a deep sneak peak into WithaMoreTeetha.

Thought it was just cool decor, didn’t realise it has a purpose!

It's fairly common, usually made of wood.

I need the LM theme. Sounds like new NIN is coming along well? I presume that was for NIN.

And they're beautiful. It's way better aesthetically than the typical foam pyramid shapes.

It's officially part of the TR/AR catalog now, right? All completionists must at least have a .wav rip with custom artwork on their computer or they're out of the club.

Finally watched the whole Rolling Stone interview, wow, this was not your traditional Zoom meeting, right? :^) Very nice.

(although Watchmen is exactly the one soundtrack I haven't even tried yet, it seems I should finally)

The Social Network has been holding onto that top slot since its release, but I think it's finally been dethroned for me, as well. It's almost not fair because it's twice the amount of music, but volume 1 alone has enough amazing songs to be tied with TSN.

Same. I enjoyed the score for The Social Network, but there was nothing on there that made me as emotional as Lincoln Tunnel. Or as hyped as Kattle Battle.

A decade’s worth of scoring experience definitely served them well, even if they were scarily talented to begin with.

Looking into watching the Emmys Creative Arts Awards on Thursday and Deadline has an article about how to watch it, the Thursday programme which their categories are in is on emmys.com at 5pm PST. The article suggests it will be about an hour, which given the awards is 3 mins per award! shame their categories are reduced to a livestream on the emmys site rather than the last one on Saturday which has original DRAMATIC score which is on TV (FXX). Why is the dramatic original score considered better or more important than the limited series one (which can also be dramatic!) and the original song ? The original song would be most likely to have pop stars in it so you’d think they’d want that televised? Doesn’t make any sense.

I also saw a post by a woman who said she was filming her possible acceptance speech, so looks like things will be pre recorded and no one yet knows if they’ve won. How weird would it be to film that though (unless you’re an actor). It would be a really sad thing to possess if you lost as well

I ripped the whole video in order to get the audio. Happy to share it, though that might get into PM only territory? It's available online but not to download, so I don't know what the etiquette is.

Personally I don’t know why they don’t put it on their YouTube channel, it would probably get more views too

TRAR just won the emmy for Outstanding Music Composition For A Limited Series, Movie Or Special (Original Dramatic Score)!

EDIT: Sadly they didn't win in the second category they were nominated for (Outstanding Original Music And Lyrics), but one is better than none!
