Doubtful. Some artists are certainly extremely anti-IEM releases (and understandably so), but they're also smart enough to know that it's typically unencrypted UHF frequencies, which means someone sitting in the parking lot across the street can tape the show if they've brought the right gear and put in some careful planning. In my decade on the road, I've never once witnessed anyone get torn apart for any type of recording, regardless of whether it's IEMs, videos, or just plain old audience mics.
