Yeah the Herschmann warning was on MSNBC last night. A few MSNBC legal experts were saying that if there are a “few other Herschmanns,” this would certainly bolster a DoJ criminal case against Trump, because it shows Trump’s intent.

yeah, that sounds about right. it was bad enough on conference calls where it was some obscure button combination to mute yourself (*6, crazy) but now with almost three years of Teams exclusive meetings there are still people who have no clue.

That experience sounds both hilarious and horrifying.

I was on the call, and it was BAD. I saw people on twitter talking about a theory that MAGA idiots were calling in, intentionally unmuted, to try and disrupt the hearing. I'm not positive about that being the case, but I don't have a great explanation for why SO MANY people took the time to call in to listen to the hearing and then were talking non-stop the entire time.

Supreme Court rejects Trump request on Mar-a-Lago documents

The Supreme Court on Thursday refused to reinstate Judge Aileen Cannon’s order that a special master review classified documents taken in an FBI search of Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump’s Florida home and private club. There were no noted dissents.

 The one-sentence order turned aside an emergency request from the former president to intervene in the document review, which is part of an ongoing criminal investigation into the potential mishandling of classified material after Trump left the White House.
