Fuck Anderson Cooper. When the day comes to vote, I'm going to, and I sure as shit am not going to vote for Trump, nor am I going to forget those 4 hellish years where, after a lifetime of failing upwards, he made life complete hell for anyone with half a brain. I will be desperate to vote. I know he's the front runner. I know there's morons who love him. I know some of those people are family and friends. Fuck them, and fuck him.

I've already lost a friend to Trump and Tucker Carlson. Literally. The guy just ghosted me because he loves Tucker. Whatever. Fuck him.

He could go to Newsmax, but they don't have the number of viewers that he wants (and far too many nutjobs). MSNBC is never going to happen.
I completely understand your point, but he's been on Fox plenty for a while now. He has sat down with Tucker & Hannity recently for example.

Gul Dukat kind of reminds me of a well-spoken, vastly more intelligent version of Trump. I could see those two getting along very well.

Well it successfully cemented Twitter as a far right-wing soapbox once and for all, with Elon gladly providing the wobbly footstool.
    So there's that.

Biden, Trump tied in Michigan: poll

How is this possible? I just don't get it. I don't understand the world anymore.

    Vivek Ramaswamy sounds awful.

He wants to get rid of the FBI, IRS and the Department of Education. He also wants to raise the voting age to 25.

you want to raise it to 25? cool. make a maximum age then, to include who can serve in government.

If Trump does win in 2024, it won't be like Bush in 2000/2004 or even Trump in 2016, it will feel so much worse. And the sad part is, he would likely win while losing the popular vote (again). I just don't understand the world anymore.

No point in even discussing any other Repub candidate unless Trump dies, ends up in the hospital, or gets convicted in one of the more serious cases next year (meaning, not the NY one). He's the candidate.

I can't live with the anxiety and dread of worrying about him winning right now.

We've got at least another year and a half of Biden, and I can't do anything about what happens after that, but I can at least enjoy this before the world ends (if it does).

I know this sort of thing can happen at any age (see John Fetterman), but this is why we need term limits. We should not have representatives still serving in their 80s. Doesn't matter what party they're affiliated with.

Very true. The governor, who in 99% of states appoints the replacement, is a Democrat but the legislature passed a law stripping him of most of those powers so yeah the replacement could be terrible.

Trump and Biden are tied at 43%

    Terrifying

The 2024 election (as of now) is a coin toss.

You want to get really scary? How about Trump running with Marjorie Taylor-Greene for VP. Trump kicks (statisically likely) & she ends up president. We're talking the end of days here....
