Cant believe im late to the party here.

Some music dvds and vhs tapes in here, but majority are cds.

NIN started the collection, then it just spiraled to "if I have the mp3 of it, I need the physical "

Working at a used cd store is a blessing and a curse

I'm still kinda shocked that they released a volume 3 of this... but then I remember that LX is rather fond of dollarsdollars.

Is that a variant of the TMNT score by John du Prez? Looks very cool.

A former co-worker did burn me a copy of the two top ones back in the day but I really wanted originals. More Yoko Kanno happiness.

So, Dollar Tree has CDs (again). I picked these up earlier tonight; this run seems to be primarily Concord Bicycle Music:

Attika 7 – Blood Of My Enemies
Boyz N Da Hood – Back Up In Da Chevy
Brazil - The Philosophy Of Velocity
    Mindless Self Indulgence – If
Nickel Creek – Why Should The Fire Die? ( Ltd. Ed. #266,997)
John Ottman – Superman Returns (Music From The Motion Picture)
Story Of The Year – Live In The Lou / Bassassins (CD+DVD)
John Williams – Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull (Score)

I'm finally done encoding all of the CDs we're keeping.
(sorry about the not great quality of the pics, I just wanted to document what was done)

Some of those I've had since 1992/1993.

Bought the Tekken 3 one to compare against the vinyl that was released earlier in the year (it seems... not quite right) and the Macross Plus one is new to me, but I like the other two soundtracks from the movie so hoping it's good.

Me too. The weird part of it is where I found it... normally I live in Calgary (big city) but for a brief bit of time I was living in Lethbridge (small-medium city, but does have a college and university) and in their only mall (I think it was the only one) I found it hiding in the music store (I can't even recall the name of the place). I just wish I had kept everything for it, over the years some bits of been misplaced.

    What about Sharon Apple?

I think Plus had 4 releases; Macross 7 has like 30.

This came across my Youtube recs, gave it a watch. It doesn't really say anything we don't already know or have considered regarding CDs much like the 10 reasons video above but it's still great to know there's more of us out there and also big ups to the NIN spotting where he shows The Downward Spiral.

I found a sealed copy of Love & Rockets' Sweet F.A and a used copy of Stabbing Westward's Wither Blister Burn & Peel at my mom's church bazaar when I went to pick her up after mass last weekend. A buck each. Neat.

I really like the album but... BUT.... BUT!!!! The last three tracks are out of order in comparison the artwork and other published track listings. 9 is 10, 10 is 11 and 11 is 9.

This sort of thing really shouldn't be happening in this day and age as a product put out by large corporations.

I suddenly had a flashback to this scene...

... the buried in soft peat for 3 months specifically.

Vinyl trilogy is complete finally! I could have ordered one I know but I want to find one in person cuz I dont really collect records as much as other formats.
