You can hear the beat from Heresy. You can hear so much in those 52 manipulated loops that I wish it never ended.
In a way, it shows NIN's mixing process.
Honestly, it seems less of a stuck tape and more of what the multiple simulations of the world can result in a complete different reality. Maybe in 1 of the 52 simulations, TR would've stuck with 1 of the 52 beats, for they all sound acceptable to be made into a track, so he decided to add all of it with slight adjustments.
I can't stop hearing the broken loop in my head. It's semi-therapeutic in a way.
Brilliant EP, and I think TR just beat Hurt as the best closing track.
They should end the concerts with this track, leave the track looping and bow out and walk out leaving the audience confused lol.
EDIT: AND YES! When the beat comes on, I want it to continue as well! I laughed my ass off for a good minute when I realized WTF TR just did. A part of me thought maybe RAR wasn't exported properly. I didn't even realize the loop deteriorates until the 2nd listen. Fucking troll lol.
