That's pretty sweet. I guess we can assume Spoiler: She's Gone Away will be one of the new songs that'll be played on the upcoming festivals dates, then? Also, I think it's the shades, but Trent kinda reminds me of Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock in that. This really makes me wish NIN would make music videos more often too...

Far out, man. Far f'ckin out.
So yea, those sunglasses and gloves.
This was so amazing it needs its own thread. Also holy shit apparently Spoiler: Joey Castillo is in the live band now.
Yes! I just saw this and couldn't resist popping in to ETS to see it again
Love this look, love the song. It seems like his big scream followed by smaller ones are almost like laughter of some kind? Or is that just me? Like Ha ha ha.
Anyway, this was so unexpected to see an entire track. haha.
Trent Reznor Leather Daddy
Maybe it's the head bobbing
I do like the look, I'm also a fan of sunglasses in dark clubs. = Extra cool points

In the YouTube comments for the video someone suggests that it's almost like the song is sung from BOB's perspective in relation to Laura. Kinda makes sense a bit lyrically...and the video does end with BOB/Coop waking up in a field of some sort (I'm behind and haven't seen this week's episode).
Actually, now I can't help but think of all of the Not The Actual Events lyrics in the context of Twin Peaks. God help me, I'm falling down the rabbit (or would it be owl in this case) hole...
He's completely out-Eldritched Andrew Eldritch
Wait, so it happened already, episode 8? OK, gotta avoid this thread for a while. :-)
The last thing I expected while listening to NTAE for the first time was that one day soon, one of its tracks would be the most normal thing in an hour long TV episode.
Good to see Mariqueen on the stage too, there were more of her vocals on that song than I'd expected. Was Robin wearing a wig?
Guess I'm gonna have to change all my shirts to read TNIN now
It's nice to see the lineup in action but I think we were all hoping for a new EP teaser. And some of us were hoping it'd be HTDA
Was Castillo just a stand-in for Ilan or what? Didn't Ilan comment publically in some small way in an interview or on social media about his involvement in the upcoming shows? Coulda swore someone linked to something here that made it clear he was doing this summer's shows.
I don't have data good enough right now to rewatch the video, but somebody told me the audio is the studio audio. Can anyone confirm?
For just a second there I was going to wait until I got to see the full episode, but then then I figured 'fuck it'.
I'm not at all disappointed that this is an 'old' song - in fact, it's probably my favourite from NTAE, and it just sounds great in the context of this clip. The band look amazing, and it's Nine Inch Nails! In Twin Peaks! There's just not one single thing about this that isn't awesome. This is probably going to get a fair few views before I even get to see the episode, but I'm very much looking forward to that now too. Can we just get a DVD box set ASAP?
I found this from February after hunting a tad:
http://www.echoingthesound.org/commu...lan#post343775"We do know Alessandro and Ilan have been busy doing their own thing up until this point. Ilan has confirmed via Instagram live stream that he will be the drummer. Also, If there were any plans for dates in April, May, or June they would have most likely been announced by now."
I guess alot could have changed from February to now though...a la Adrian Belew '14. I really hope Ilan is still the drummer, not to take anything away from Castillo who is an absolute monster also. I just don't handle change well.
Trent going goth again?
1. Trent's laughing scream thing
2. Official band member Atticus front and center with bass guitar
3. Robin the Werewolf flailing around like a madman on electric guitar
4. Mariqueen, cooing like Nico, with her tambourine
5. Joey Castillo makes his NIN live debut
6. They're the only band on the show so far to be introduced pre-song, and also the first to play their song in its entirety..
Although i'm not a viewer of TP, with the excellent score work, upcoming live shows, upcoming EP's AND now this it's a pretty fucking awesome time to be NIN fan!
