Just called them and the first thing the guys said when I explained the situation was "ahhhh...the infamous Nine Inch Nails downloads..."

He sent my info to tech to get it resolved. Still no links yet.

This is after two unanswered emails and two tweets...

I think that's the entire point of using a ticketing system, so it's a shame they're using twitter as a helpdesk solution.

Heh, fair enough, and agreed. I think for awhile they were redirecting people to the ticketing system, from Twitter, but they may have stopped doing that.

I ended up getting a second email from them with another download link for Deviations, apparently on account of me having updated the ticket earlier this morning, so there is still someone plugging away at these. Hope everyone gets sorted!

Ordered NTAE, Broken, and Deviations in the same order. Only have NTAE downloads. Used the submission form on their site and tweeted, haven't heard anything from either place.

This is just moderately annoying more than anything since I've been at work all day anyway.

Here's information about the FLAC NTAE downloads from the US store. The filename differs depending on whether you downloaded the "digital+physical" version or the "vinyl" version, but the zipfiles themselves are identical.

Here's a little block formatted similar to how you'd done yours:

Not having tagged FLACs, lyrics, or the liner notes page included with the NTAE download is beyond annoying.

WTF is this?!? Lyrics were embedded in my MP3 show up on the iPhone but liner notes no where to be seen. I purchased both the Vinyl and the DL/Physical component.

Thanks to make this topic happening. As I said somewhere else that is not the first time the store is going bad, we (UK store users) had the same problem with Before the flood when we received MP3s instead of 24/48 WAV in the US store. I don't know if it's the store problem that NTAE's Dear World and Burning Bright were upscaled from 44.1kHz. Still waiting for an answer for Deviations (I emailed them). Don't want to download it somewhere else but well...

I ordered NTAE and Deviations but haven't received Deviations yet. I got a support ticket yesterday afternoon and have received nothing since. I don't have time to listen to it over the next few days anyway so I won't bother digging any deeper until after Boxing Day if I still haven't gotten anything. There's no point trying to bump my ticket up when I won't even listen to the tracks...


...the fucking principle of the thing still bothers me though
