It's almost as if they have thousands of orders to fulfill and can't do them all at once.

When you login the page that opens should be a grid with all of your orders and a "Fulfillment Status" column

When I login, it says I haven't placed any orders yet..but I've emailed Firebrand (or whatever the company is) and they've confirmed that there are 3 orders from me.

Weird. When I try to log in it says no account found with email provided. But I'm sure it's the email I used for the purchase. It's the email they sent the purchase confirmation to.

I had to actually create an account after ordering in order to view my status. Just make sure you create the account using the same email address as the one you ordered with.

I am fullfilled but Paris didn't received it. First reports are it's really dirty. I checked pics of it, i am amazed how it's nicely done, but couldn't find anywhere the halo number ?

I also just notices a FedEx tracking number on my order page. It's not working to track it yet, so my guess is the shipping label was printed and it hasn't been scanned by the carrier yet.
