Ok, so word on the street is that the six extra episodes start on Feb 28.

And the last one is the Negan episode: it's either called Here's Negan or Negan Lives; I can't remember which one.

I THINK that guy is a black dude. I saw, SOMEWHERE, that his name was Elijah and that an African cat would be playing the role.

And I heard that Liquid Metal Dogget is playing a character called Mays.

I really liked the mid-season finale. I couldn't believe the ending though. I hope that Shane dies soon too. The actor is that plays him is great. Also, I hope that Daryl never dies. Ever. Zen Buddha Zombie Hunter ftw.

Could they maybe move forward even slower? Literally the entire episode is everyone saying farewell to each other in slo mo before the battle. They really outdid themselves this time

Finally saw the new episode last night. A little underwhelming, no? Nice to see Maggie back and her boy (did we always know what his name was? I don't remember it being mentioned before.)

Yeah, we learned she named him Hershel after her dad a few seasons back I think it was.

The Reapers are new to the TV show, not in the comics. My guess would be he’s a leader or something of the Reapers.

I wouldn't expect fireworks out of these bonus episodes. They were filmed during some of the roughest parts of the walker outbrea..sorry, I meant, COVID outbreak: p

But, seriously. This is Angela Kang and co doing their VERY BEST to throw some content at those of us who are die hard walking dead fans. And, they did it during the height of a real pandemic.

These episodes will be more about character development, I think. I mean, hell: they actually cast Jeffery Dean Morgan's REAL WIFE, to play Negan's wife, so they could be close and kiss and such.

These six episodes won't be just action packed and mind blowing, but, they might give us some windows into the minds of Our Heroes, deepen their relationships, and,possibly bring a BIT of action.

The REALLY intense shit will begin in season 11, which starts in the summer of THIS YEAR!

Well, dude, see what I said above, that starts with "I wouldn't expect fireworks..."

I mean, I think the episodes have been alright.

But, remember, they weren't even originally planned to exist.

Take these with a grain of salt. Remember they were made in the big ass middle of the pandemic. I think they just wanted to give the hardcore fans... as in, people like the 3 or 4 of us in this thread... SOMETHING to watch.

It'll heat up like a motherfucker when season 11 starts up.

Edit: also, dude, I think 18 was almost like a backdoor pilot for the carol and Daryl spin-off. We got to.see them alone, and they added a character who will PROBABLY show up in that show.

And man, it wasn't hardcore exciting, but, did you not at least like the emotional shit between C and D?

Also, I honestly think they used this episode to tie up a loose end. Everyone wanted to see Daryl in a relationship, and now, they saw it. It's that time.
