    Favorite Covers

Let me know if this thread already exists and I'll take it down (searched but didn't find anything).

    Pretty self-explanatory.

These couple are the only ones that come easily to mind for me right now, but I fucking adore interesting covers.

This one is pretty simple and faithful to the original, but hearing the 90s live instrument vibe is a nice contrast to the DM sound.
Never Let me Down-Smashing Pumpkins cover of Depeche Mode

This one is silly but satisfying to me for that reason.

Honestly, this is the closet thing to a cover nearly eclipsing its original.

I'm going add another SP. I recently rediscovered this cover when a friend gave me her copy of Mayonaise Dream.

I actually prefer this over the original.

Cover of Chris Cornell's Casino Royale theme "You Know My Name" by Poets of the Fall!

Just a quick request. Can we post the songs, original artists, and the band doing the cover and not just the videos? I'm a mobile user and can't just click the videos. :3

I know this'll sound like me being a fan-boy, but every time TR covers a song I think it's incredible.

EDIT: I'm tired and don't feel like thinking. Off top of my head:
    - White Zombies Children of the Grave
    - APC's cover of Imagine. I like how they turned it into a dark song.

Whoah! I had no idea "Everybody's gotta learn sometime" was a cover! I actually ran into yet another cover of it the other day.

This one is by The Field

Very much looking forward to digging into the rest of that list though! Thanks for sharing.

I love a good cover song. Indulge me with these 90s mixtape staples:

It's good, but I like the others better.
