    @Prettybrokenspiral

    I missed the US Pre-order of Mayhem's Daemon box set....

    I had to go to the German Nuclear Blast website to do it. $106.00 for it. Pricy! I got the Lilac variant.

    This early-to-mid 2000s metalcore revival is a-ok with me.

    I'm all into the trve kvlt shit and yet I never really listened to Enslaved, however they're nothing like the Black Circle bands.

    I dig it.

    Shame their name is infinitely cooler than the band. I didn't care for what i heard prior but I'll look into the new album.

    The latest Cattle Decapitation single is pretty nice. I haven't pulled the trigger on a box set yet, but it's probably going to happen. Travis' clean vocals sorta remind me of Bobby Blitz from Overkill:

    I really liked the Anthropocene Extinction and this sounds like a huge step up from that. Excited!

    Cool tour. Excited to see who they're bringing out with them. Not jazzed about seeing American Nightmare with barriers though. Thats kinda the whole point of an AN show.

    The Devil Wears Prada's new album "The Act" is surprisingly good. Not a total departure from their sound, but it's definitely pushing their boundaries.

    Tonight's Amon Amarth show was soooooooooo good. Arch Enemy, At The Gates and Grand Magus were also amazing.

    If anyone gives a shit I'll post a video of a song I recorded tonight tomorrow to Youtube.

    There was so much pit action it was very hard to record and take photos so I barely did, shows aren’t about that anyways haha.

    Recorded Amon Amarth performing “Fafner’s Gold” off the latest album. High quality video too, I was surprised I did so well.

    Sounded good. Comparable to how they sounded when I seen them open for Behemoth last fall.

    Here's that video and some photos from my instagram,

    I can recognize their appeal and talent but I've yet to ever hear a song by them I truly like to make me a fan. I think I'm going to give up that desire.

    Never really listened to FFaA before but, after checking out that video, I'm working backwards through their discography. Definitely enjoying what I'm hearing.
