This is kinda INTERESTING.
I bet you'd dig. @bobbie solo
Interesting emo metalcore/mathcore band that I'm really into all of a sudden. They just came out with their first full length and I'm loving it.
Didn't do anything for me. Reminded me of country, and alternately, Imagine Dragons. Why did you think it would be for me?!? I guess I'm too all over the place. I'm over here rocking the new Amity Affliction which I'd imagine the rest of the denizens of this thread do not approve of haha.
So I'll attempt to redeem myself by posting this:
Minus Whitechapel I'm not super into deathcore really. However I have been a fan of this band for a bit and their former vocalist departed and this new song is awesome.
picked up tickets last night for Thou & Emma Ruth Rundle at subterranean (pretty small venue) in march. doesn't look like it's one of the collaborative performances of the tour but who knows, they may change their minds. either way, i'm really excited.
I know nothing of this! To the googles I go...
Yeah he apparently started having sex with a sleeping girl in the middle of the night that he was sharing a bed with? Great move dude...real classy. Doing that at all is pretty beyond the pale, nevermind a girl who you have never even had sex with for the first time yet. They apparently came to some sort of agreement to move on from this & never discuss it again, but she never took it back or said it didn't happen. I guess they were pretty friendly beforehand & she was able to get right with it for herself by working it out with him?
We're only a month in and 2019 is shaping up to be a bitchin' year for heavy releases.
Lords of Chaos, a movie about the history of Mayhem comes out in limited release on Friday. Streaming later this month.
cant wait
That new Periphery! Holy heavy. Was surprised by that. Might be the heaviest thing they've put out. And that solo....so delicious.
another great new track from Rotting Christ came out:
It's so good! I can't believe how much Spencer's voice has changed and improved.
"Midnight" by August Burns Red from the Phantom Sessions EP is awesome. Not their normal meat-and-potatoes metalcore style.
Adoring the new Violet Cold album right now.
The Ghost Inside teased this yesterday:
I'm so excited and unexpectedly emotional. It's been a long 4.5 years since that horrific bus crash and I missed them more than I realized. My concert buddy has already confirmed he's in assuming this is going to be a one-off comeback show in LA. Been blasting them all morning so far and honestly forgot how good they are.

New Whitechapel song and video, featuring great sounding clean vocals from Phil.
Holy Roar is really putting out the best stuff these days.
