So is this more of a Russel Mills' release rather than a NIN release?

Think of it as Russell Mills as commissioned by the NIN camp to do so. At least that's what I gathered by one of his statements in the video.

That being said, I do hope I can get my hands on one of these tomorrow!

Ain’t gonna lie, this package looks fucking amazing. But $300 is way steep, like my groceries to eat for the month steep. I thought I was doing good just to get both the standard and deluxe CD of Hesitation Marks. But I’d love just to see this thing in person, and am deeply envious of any of you bastards out there who gets one!

Yeah it would be amazing if it was sold in physical book stores and you could actually go in and flip through it just to see it.

If that sounds like I'm slumming the art or something that's not my intention at all.

No worries, there's a big difference between an art book and the original physical pieces they're photographs of. I would love a stand-alone book version for a lower price.

I would have agreed if I hadn't seen this video. Now, it all make sense, or rather I like Russell's interpretation.

I've never actually listened to TDS and Hesitation Marks back to back before. In celebration of this, I will today:

I see that too. My guess is that it just hasn't gone on sale yet, but they want the product page ready to go in the e-store for when they start the presale.

$43 USD shipping. So that's $343 USD, meaning $472 CDN. I'll probably get hit with custom fees and whatnot so $500 is more like it.
    I'll pass finally.
