but @Wretchedest , it is an extremely fleshed out and eloquently delivered false flag.
the part where bane's true motives come in is an afterthought. he was the bad guy way before we knew he intended to light off the bomb.

so for me, the duality, the dichotomy, of bane's philosophy vs republican jesus batman is still VERY present.

edit: and i'm sorry for bringing up this "old argument." i was late to the party...i just watched it.
and my wife and i, a pair of bleeding heart pinko commie liberals, had to pick our jaws up off of the floor as we started to catch the messages.
as in, "honey, is this REALLY an allegory about the dangers of left wing politics?" (me)
