I think there will be some support for early PS4 games (media molecule was using them for their Ps4 demo) but other than a couple of niche indies I don't see it being a huge thing.
Just checked out info on E3 and they say they're making announcements about the PS3, as well as PS4, which means it isn't going to become obsolete that quickly, I already have RE4 and Heavy Rain which are MOVE compatible, I might give it a go

There are ps3 releases already dated for March next year so I wouldn't worry about that. In fact most of the 'big' games for Playstation are dated after the Ps4 should be out so.. yeah.. I wasn't gonna say burn your ps3.. Moves on the other hand.. I think they are entirely optional.
The Little Big Planet move stuff is meant to be great.. I never gave that a go.

    Re: The Playstation Thread

The games on Xbox One look cool, but they're all multiplatform, it seems. PS4 has better launch lineup though. So it's probably going to be PS4. Then Xbox whenever things really start coming out.

So I guess I'll be buying a PS4 the day Final Fantasy XV comes out. I'd almost given up hope that Versus would ever come out.

    I'm thinking the same.

PS4 supports used games, AND THE CROWD GOES WILD. This is officially just Sony punching Microsoft right in the gut.

WIN.. all over for Sony. Used games/trade in value, does not have to be online/no check ins/lockouts.. not to mention the amount of kick ass games coming out for it. But OMG VERSUS!!

Sony released this instructional video for how to share games, since Microsoft seems to be making it complicated.

the only bummer there is the fine print about how online play on the PS4 will require a Plus subscription. I'm already a subscriber, but still, that's going to disappoint some people.

Looks like my next-gen setup is PS4, Wii U, and gaming PC, no Xbox One for me.

They subtly mentioned it under their breath during their conference. I don't think it's a big deal in light of the fact that microsoft has been doing the same thing for about 12 years now. My gold membership should expire and end up staying that way pretty soon.

Wish they showed more Infamous. They're really keeping that game under wraps for some reason.

Probably because it's gonna be hype as shit! I need to finish up Infamous 2 before then. So many games on my summer bucket list, haha.
