I thought the show ended well, pretty much for the most how I expected it too. Loose ends for the most part were covered. Space your movie reference was exactly what I was thinking the entire time! Can't believe it's all over but it had a great run!

Now I gotta watch the final season of Justified.

Big news....everyone knows Sutter has talked about the possibility of a prequel, but now rumor is he's quietly working on a Mayans spinoff.

I would've also preferred the Original 9 but this could work I guess. Not a huge fan of the Mayans outside of the first 2 seasons.

Few things Kurt Sutter brought up on twitter.

-Mayan Project won't take place in NoCal. That steps on SOA mythology.

-Although the Mayan Project may intersect with SOA charters, it will be a very different show. Tone, pace, storytelling, will be unique.

-The Mayan Project is very much in the infancy stages. I will be co-creating with another writer who will run the show if it moves forward.

The only arc I wasn't a big fan of was the storyline in Ireland for Season 3...that seemed like a 'We got nothin' else.' kinda thing lol.

And i felt like MOST of the final season was unnecessary.

But all in all i loved it, and i have a feeling that a Mayans spin-off could be really bad ass.

I also think a prequel movie is nearly an inevitability at this point

No idea why, but I lost interest in the show and stopped watching after something like the first or second episode of the 6th season. I just kinda got busy, stopped watching, and never went back to it. I should pick it up one of these days, though.
