Well lesson learned with pre sales. Fuck this shit man. Couldnt get a refund, cant sell them online because they're will call only. Now I'm in the hole $285 for seats no one is going to use. They dropped a bunch more good ones today. Never again.

I was on the fence about this show for a while. Not crazy about the venue. Not really into Soundgarden. I would have preferred to see the Tension tour if they could have made a Chicago stop. I'd prefer DEP as the opener.

But it's been a shitty year. If this is the last tour for a while I might as well see them while I can. So I'll be out on the lawn somewhere.

So parking opens at 5 and we can get our tickets at 5? How does that make any sense? So much for getting there early...

    UPDATE:

They said that they're allowing presale folks into the parking lot starting at 2:00, so we're first in line at Entrance 1 to get let into the lot at 2:00. Also, the presale entry is at Gate 5.

I don't think he has *anything* to do with booking. He has people his manager pays to do that stuff. He just shows up and plays. This venue, unfortunately, has the largest outdoor capacity in the area except for Soldier or Wrigley Fields. So when a booking person is looking at an outdoor venue with x amount of capacity, this is it. (It has changed hands quite often. The old Lollapaloozas used to play here.)

GA nin/soundgarden tickets for $30? definitely not one of my more shining moments. so if anybody sees a guy wearing an ugly green, white & blue horizontal striped tank top, come say hi!

Just got here. Think they're already letting people pick up their presale tix. Merch was stocked and no line, but they didn't have as many shirts as the other pics I've seen.

Currently chilling in my car listening to SG sound test.

Disregard what I said about picking up early.

Theres already a huge huge line at gate 5. Think it's just GA though.
