At the end of it, he says the album "should be out early next year", and the interview is dated december 2011. What happened? I am eagerly waiting for something new from SONOIO, I really love Blue and Red.

Yeah, he did say that the album was going to drop in fall 2012. But hey, he's a musician and they tend to take their time on these things, after all, he worked with Trent, so Trent's "soon" approach has probably rubbed off on old Ally as well, lol.

Sad that Alessandro and his SONOIO project didn't get booked for any of the summer festivals he will be attending this year.
I mean, he's already gonna be there for NIN, can't he play his own gig on one of the smaller stages/tents?

Woulda been cool to see him at Lollapalooza or something in addition to NIN.

I'm sure that would be a good gig for him financially, but I can't imagine any of the music would benefit from that type of setting.

But then again, the only festival I've been to has been Mayhem Fest, so maybe the environment at others is a bit more welcoming to music of this type.

Thanks for the link. I love the last song the most. It gets so dirty near the end. I hope he gets around to releasing the third Sonoio album this year but I'm not that optimistic now that he's going to be touring with NIN.
