The final 7" in the Shared System Series of which Cortini was featured on the 2nd 7" is available for preorder now and due out soon. As a result of being late to the party, I'm missing the first record by Richard Devine. However, due to the fact that I can be slightly absent minded at times, I managed to order Cortini's 7" 2x. I'm looking to trade my spare for Devine's Creature I & II record. Even better would be if you had the free alternate version download that accompanied Devine's record.


Also, I received my red eye records order a couple days ago and now happily own both the Slumber Man and Skarn!

This'll be the first of the Shared System Series that I've ordered. I buy all of Surachai's stuff on vinyl. His most recent album, Ritual was awesome. And his black metal albums are insane.

Anyone plan on recording the vinyl to FLAC or mp3?

I recently got equipment to be able to do it but I'm not confident in my skills yet.

As much as I love Alessandro Cortini, I'm finding tracking down his music is just too difficult. Most of his new stuff is either vinyl only, way too hard to figure out how to purchase, or both. I figure if you want people to buy your music, you should make it easily available, not test their google-fu. And when I finally do find it, it's just him playing with synthesizers for an hour. It doesn't sound composed at all, it doesn't sound planned, it just sounds like he recorded himself playing with his keyboard for an hour and then released it. I generally love the guy's output, but he's been disappointing me a lot lately.

i definitely love his Sonoio stuff the most, seems the most straightforward musically and actually like a song.
i wish he released more stuff under his Sonoio alias.
i love Blue and Red along with both album's demo and remix releases.

I've only had the PayPal email receipt for my order too, then the general mailing list email that orestes mentions. I'm sure with past orders I've had order & shipping confirmations.
