I realise that thematically it's unrelated, but I'm wondering how close the processes were in the recordings of both albums.
As for the new song, I like it a lot. Can't wait until this comes out.

Sounds like something you should ask Alessandro!
Btw, Forse 2 comes out November 26th.
From this weekend.
Hmmm according to Important Records Facebook page, Forse 2 comes out on vinyl tomorrow.
Hmm, interesting. Same on Twitter. Wonder if it'll be available digitally then too.
No, the digital album comes later in the month.
Sorry for the double post but Forse 2 has been posted on the Important Records website. Ordering went much smoother this time.

Just ordered the blue vinyl edition.
Can anyone tell me if the piece he plays from roughly 17:00 to finish is out yet? If it is, what is this track called? Thanks.
Just ordered the Forse 2 blue vinyl today...sorta bummed that I missed out on Forse 1. iTunes will have to suffice I guess. Does anybody know if these are on 180g? I don't see anything on the Important Records site that mentions it.
If I recall correctly Forse 1 seemed pretty heavy so I think it is 180g.
Also if you want Forse 1 on vinyl check amazon.

It's out on iTunes!!
I really dig Sonoio but I am just not into his instrumental stuff as much. I like how Sonoio has actual song structure as to where his solo stuff just loops one thing for 9 minutes and just builds into a more static version of the loop. I know he is a very brilliant guy and knows his shit as far as equipment but I get bored with someone just twiddling knobs over the same loop for so long. No dis on anyone who likes him, just my opinion. If there is any of his instrumental stuff that is not so "loopy" I would love to hear it! I have heard blindoldfreak and samples of his solo stuff FYI.

Also, the entire album is streaming up on soundcloud.
Just saying: Alessandro Cortini co-produced the song "We Are the Sea" from Marnie's album "Crystal World". I think it sounds a bit like a SONOIO song.
Marnie is the stage name of Helen Marnie, the lead vocalist and also synth player & songwriter of the band Ladytron (you probably know that Cortini also co-produced their albums "Velocifero" & "Gravity the Seducer").
Thanks for sharing that info, love all of Alessandro's stuff
I know it's a long shot, but does anyone have one of the Blindoldfreak shirts that were sold on the 2009 tour of Canada that they'd be willing to sell? I was lucky enough to get one of the CD's from ItsJustDave, but I always wanted one of the shirts they sold, which was the design based on one of the Buchla modules. If you have one and are willing to sell, PM me and let's work something out!
Look what came today!

a cortini collection:
Does anyone know when the Forse CD set is being released?
I'm really into it at the moment. Although I have to admit that I like Forse 1 more than Forse 2 (1 has "catchier" parts).
I just listened to the I Dream of Wires extended interview with Trent and Alessandro - I LOVE the song 'Luna' they played from Sonoio. I've never checked his stuff out before but I think the time has come
This is what I call an amazing remix: Ladytron - Transparent Days (SONOIO remix)

Alessandro uploaded the wrong n.4 track on soundcloud.
N.4 Grigia and n.7 Marcia are in fact the same song, but I didn't notice until I listened to the vinyl. I contacted Alessandro twice to notify him about this mistake but he probably didn't read my tweets.
So, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post it here, but in the meantime here's my rip of the song http://www.sendspace.com/file/1kkvj3
