We'd heard he was sick and this was the first time he wasn't touring with Yes, but then ... wow ... that was fast.

That sucks. He was an amazing bass player and was definitely part of one of the great prog-rock bands ever. Thank you Chris for the music.

Jerry Weintraub is one awesome dude. A great film producer and a man that can get the job done. Plus, it amazes me that this guy was able to not only be married to a woman he has been with for 40 years but also have another woman to live with her and they share him. That is fucking incredible. R.I.P. Jerry.

I also heard Amanda Peterson of Can't Buy Me Love also died today. What the fuck is going on?

All that shit was really well-known back in the 70s, Fowley relished being known as an evil impresario asshole. Rock Stars were fucking 14-yr-olds back then and nobody batted an eyelash, it was a really weird fucking time. No, nobody is gonna miss Fowley, although I guess Cherie Currey was caring for him? Weird.

Ugh, God, RICHARD COLE, notorious alcoholic DOUCHE BAG, sycophant, stupid brute and liar, so don't believe a lot of that book, either.

Everybody knew about Lori Maddox back then, though.

I saw that yesterday. It fucking hit me like a ton of bricks. This is why Dusty is so important. The business did a lot to make him a star and he returned the favor. The guy was a God that loved the people.

If it's any consolation, a friend of mine's dad died of bladder cancer too and rather then pain, you apparently feel like you have to pee ALL the time. A UTI on steroids. Yeah, a bit of torture.
