I like him and i think he's talented, but the face?
He's really good in the ring and has a great character, i do think he has main event possibilities, but i don't see him as THE face.
Course i could be wrong, and i guess time will tell, hopefully he'll do batter than Miro in AEW.
He doesn’t quite have the mic skills Punk did but there are similarities in look and in lifestyle (I believe he is SXE).
Yep, it's scientific fact that wrestling shows are better with a crowd.
RAW was complete ass yet again. And it seems like creatively things won't be changing. More rematches and crappy booking.
Also, rumors are super hot regarding CM Punk actually talking to AEW and the talks are getting somewhere. Daniel Bryan is also not factored into any WWE plans because he is not signing with them again. Can you imagine if they sing both of these guys?
Speaking of live shows, I'm going to AEW Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen next week in Charlotte! I can't wait. It is my first event and show of any kind since Covid-19 lock downs and suspensions.
Nick Gage vs Chris Jericho next week too? Death match spots? We'll see.
Nice. I’ll be at All Out, which I’m very excited for.
I am ready to see Hangman win the big one. That’s been such good long term story telling.
CM Punk and Daniel Bryan are rumored to have all but signed with AEW.
Yeah, I am trying not to get my hopes up, but I’ve read all the coverage over the past couple days.
I would be so happy.
I always preferred AFI’s “Miseria Cantare” as his best theme.
I follow Punk on insta and recall that, on Friday, he posted Alan Parsons Project's "Sirius" to his story. Easter egg, or massive trolling post, it got me excited. Add in Bryan and you'll have a significant chance of Dynamite topping Raw's ratings.
Jesus…The United Center? Darby’s promo? Calling it “The First Dance” when Punk put that song on his Instagram before this?
This is really happening, isn’t it? I should probably try to get a ticket.
As I said in the NIN tour thread, I hope to be at all the things I have planned over the last half of the year. If these dipshit antivaxxers fuck all this up, I’m going to be devastated. I mean, we all will. I’m sure everyone has plans.
Dynamite was great. Between Dynamite, Dark and Dark Elevation I was watching wrasslin' from 7 to midnight. Meanwhile....
WWE continues to sink further

Genuinely shocked they released Wyatt and at the same time, the freedom this man has now to truly thrive without weird creative decisions will be incredible.
Man what on earth is going on behind the scenes over at WWE lately.
At this point im not surprised and i hope AEW can use Wyatt better, still i wouldn't be surprised if he resigns with WWE at some point again...
Could you imagine if they had someone (like -1) reach out to Bray and ask him to join the Dark Order? Then you can run a story similar to the Randy Orton/Wyatts where Uno takes on a role similar to Harper's skeptical teammate and Bray is the Orton "snake in plain sight" character?
So many directions from there...
AAAAND they released Rick Flair, shortly after Charlotte Flair trademarked her real name last month.
Just a heads up, I'll be wrestling on the 28th at an out door show in New york titled "woodstock" .. you can all safely assume I'll be wearing a special look for it that I think everybody on this forum will like!
It will be streaming live, for free on twitch!!
Black utterly destroyed Cody. I love it. Should’ve been doing stuff like that other than being a dweeb who gets his eye plucked out by Rollins by a stairs corner.
Love the entrance too.

And another batch of NXT releases during Smackdown last night. Are they prepping for sale? Flooding the free agent market in hopes of enticing Tony to overspend on talent & go under?
Wow nothing sounds more boring than Kenny Omega vs Christian Cage at All Out. The only thing I guess that could happen is Kenny and The Elite destroy Christian on Rampage for the Impact title and CM Punk shows up to wrestle Omega at All Out.
Omega vs Christian legit has me putting my money back in my pocket for All Out.
I'm a big Christian fan but this late game "one last run" trend in wrestling gets a bit stale after awhile. He won’t win anyways but I still could care less if he has a title match. He's still competent and good in the ring but I want fresh, hot talent tearing up the cards. Not legacy former WWE employees.

Dat Dante Martin tho.
Here's my idea for Adam Cole on the main roster. You make him The Fiend, but play it completely straight. He does the Funhouses and everything. You own the name, call him Bray Wyatt too.
Yeah, it's stupid as hell, but it's better than what Vince and the Yes Men have in store.
