    yes and no.

I did it as a sequence of moves, I started with kind of a "pendulum" elbow, then got to my feet quickly, then did the knee drop, rolled to my feet, and ended it with a splash.

    simple, but effective.

You know what *really* bewilders the shit out of me?

How the fuck does R-Truth -- or R-Suck, as I like to call him -- still have a job?

Dude's like THE journeyman jobber of modern wrestling, and yet has managed to hold a job in his current WWE stint for over seven years now. He's had godawful gimmicks like 'Little Jimmy', 'King What's Up' and was even forced to get squashed on his own birthday in humiliating fashion by Rusev this year.

And yet obvious main-event capable talent like Drew McIntyre, David Hart Smith and Chris Masters have all been misused and then released. Guys like Joey Ryan, Mike Bennett and Jay Lethal can't get a decent look but this goof who's been rapping the same weak-ass song for more than 10 years now continues to receive gainful employment?

    How does this shit happen?

The guy either needs a fresh gimmick or to retire, I agree, but he's had his share of random-ass and funny as hell moments over the years.

I just got tickets for the Chicago NXT show on January 16th. I'll probably nab an Asuka shirt while I'm there.

So this nerdy as fuck, but anybody else have a top 10 favorite wrestler's theme songs they still like to this day? Or songs you got into because a wrestler used it as entrance music?

    No particular order here:

Doink The Clown (evil version. it made kids in the audience cry, and even as a kid myself at the time i thought that was comedy gold)
    This Fire- CM Punk
    That Alter Bridge song- Edge
Giant Gonzales (that weird ambient doomy piece)
Bret Hitman Hart (the version he used in the early 90s that had more synth than guitar)
Hogan-Real American (I mean, come on, moments like being 8 years old and watching him beat slaughter at WM 7 last forever)
Stone Cold- I don't think a song ever fit a character as well as his. plus it's catchy.
    Million Dollar Man
    Jake The Snake
    Golddust

I'm ok with Neville. Owens should've won breakout though. Didn't know the usos won though. How anyone could beat new day is beyond me. It's clearly new day.

People are complaining about this, but honestly I know of men who would pay good money for this sort of treatment.

Really? Some people complain just to complain. She's a heel and has done way worse than that in the past.

So, I'm guessing Sheamus isn't getting a rematch? Usually, when you drop a title to someone, you're pissed off and want retribution on the following show. Zero mention of that.

Tom Phillips's kayfabe power level is zero so he deserves that. There's no controversy there.

I have no doubt that Owens actually won Breakout and they gave it to Neville for the kids and to make Owens more bitter. Also calling bullshit on Usos beating New Day. The Usos weren't even a team for most of the year! No WWE team can touch New Day.

And Kalisto was already dressed and ready to accept his award. How New Day didn't win tag team of the year baffles me. Yeah, it's rigged. But still. The usos are nowhere near as successful as New Day. Likely have never sold a fraction of merch as new day has either.

New day winning would've been great tv as well. Just imagine how cocky they would be. It could've been Owen Hart all over again. By Owen Hart, I mean one of the most meaningful slammy winners.

Kevin Owens was hoping to win 2 Slammys and carry it to the ring as a tribute to Owen Hart. Fuck you WWE.

However, It's probably good, cause I pulled my groin on Monday and I'm in incredible pain.
