All this excitement has reminded me that I totally slept on all the "Ministry Mondays" material that Al released for free several years ago. Does anyone know of an official or fan-generated online archive for this stuff?
My copy of Industrial Accident finally shipped!!
Is that based on official USPS confirmation, or just the email from WT! titled "Your order has shipped"?
If the latter, I would temper your expectations - some folks on the WT! Facebook group have had orders stuck in "pre-shipment" for weeks. That said, it stands to reason that things should be moving more smoothly now that the tour is wrapped up.
Hey look, @Discobunny and I are featured in a photo that Sin posted to his facebook!

Different source, but Brooklyn Vegan had a bunch here. There are a few good shots of us in the front row during the screening, but unfortunately nothing like the above during the show.
Haha
Oh sweet I just checked the tracking number for the first time in days, and my Blu-ray is waiting for me in my po box!! Excited to get off work now
Hopefully I'll get to watch this tomorrow night after work!
Ha, nice find!
The Chicago 82 show from the Trax! Box is getting a standalone release.
$30 + shipping seems kind of high for 6 songs though.
Nice design with the package though!
For someone who despises With Sympathy so much, he sure has gone out of his way to release demos and B sides and live stuff from that era
This is Cleo we’re talking about... some other variant or a CD release must be around the corner. They’re shameless with their dribble out approach, which drives me nuts. I never would have bought Necronomicon (ugh, that name again) on the original vinyl if I’d known a CD release was planned.
I hadn't personally witnessed something quite this egregious among the other labels whose output I track, but I'm not surprised to hear you've seen others do it.
I've always been torn between appreciating Cleo for bringing over a lot of great European EBM back in the day and being annoyed at their marketing choices (e.g., the chopped-up and hideously repackaged Leæther Strip releases). The fact that they've provided an outlet for Al's archives is commendable, though...but it won't stop me from nitpicking
Anyone picked up the Industrial Accident OST yet? Fuck I love me some fresh 80's Ministry.
Not yet, still need to watch my Blu-ray!
I'm told it's up on Itunes (mp4s easily convertible to flac), and CD is available from the blogcartel WaxTrax shop. Tracklistings vary between formats.
Also the guy who uploaded a few songs in great quality video footage from Ministry's Boston 1984 show at The Channel a few years ago has resurfaced with more!

New and shiny:
This makes me cock an eyebrow. The first uploads came out around the time the Trax Box came out, and now Industial Accident drops and this shows up around the same time.
According to Setlist.fm the full setlist for that night is:
1. Hizbollah
2. All Day (Up on YT)
3. Do You Even Like It?
4. The Nature of Love (Up on YT)
5. Revenge (Up on YT with some cuts)
6. (Everyday Is) Halloween
7. I'll Do Anything for You
8. I Wanted to Tell Her (Up on YT)
9. Here We Go
10. I'm Falling
11. Ricky's Hand (Fad Gadget cover)
Encore:
12. Work for Love (Up on YT)
I wonder if this is being teased to drive up hype for some sort of official release or what? Someone capitalizing on waves of Wax Trax Ministry interest?
The WT-era period and unreleased tracks are being drip-fed by various sources including Al himself, it seems, and it drives me nuts, I want more!
Original Tool bassist Paul D'amour is in Ministry now. Pretty cool I guess, but it's the wrong Paul.
