Looks like the Pukkelpop stream is live and thankfully not region-locked. No proxy headaches today.

The video's a little blocky/laggy for me, but not too bad and audio is solid. I just hope it holds up or improves over the next 6 hours. Crap...I just noticed in the schedule NIN has a question mark next to their name meaning it's "unknown" whether they'll be part of the live stream. Also, they're only schedule for 1:15 this time. And a short commercial just interrupted the band performing now mid-song. Blerghhh.

EDIT: .....and the question mark on the schedule has turned into a red X meaning no stream. Bummer.
