It utterly amazes me that people still hold the stuff we did back in '07/'08 with such regard.
In essence, they were collections of interesting remixes from remix.nin.com that each revolved around one song and had a couple of 'b-side' tracks. The only rules were that they had to be fan remixes and that no official material could be used. We took the remixes, arranged the track order, and made cover art. They were thrown up on thepiratebay.
I was one of the few who made some. @MAD was also involved, but I'm unsure whether he contributed anything other than cover art. I won't pretend that what I did back then was good in the least, but I wouldn't say I'm embarrassed by it, either. They were knee-jerk reactions that were done on the spur of the moment, thrown together quickly and released without thinking.
The projects I worked on were To Become A Virus [The Warning] and From The Fire [My Violent Heart].

Yeah. I made a couple and I have them all, complete with artwork and copyrighted songs removed. I am looking for a way to make them public and we actually discussed this a couple weeks ago.
Youtube was a bust as I got shot down with copyright notices almost instantly.
I will probably make them available through mega.co.nz or dropbox in the next couple of days for a short period of time.
I tried two or three times with torrents but they died pretty fast.
